Tom, i've recently gone back to Dumbbell 45 challege for the second time. Thought I'd throw this one in as pushed for time today and it really worked me - perhaps it was the no repeat nature of it. But great class and will come back to it when i only have a half hour to spare and want pushed. Thanks for it!

Well done, that DB45 series is a big one! Yes, no repeats aren’t my usual training but definitely good to throw into the mix once in a while

I usually do prefer "with repeats", but this one felt great. I switched between 10kg and 12,5. Thanks for not neglecting core and abs. Great work!

Really enjoyed this thanks Tom. I would love to join your membership but wondered if you have a function that allows your video music to silence so members can play their own? That would be much appreciated if possible? Great content thanks again.

Hey Gillian, no I don’t know of any platform that has the ability to separate the audio from the music. Could put some no music workouts on there though in a separate playlist. Not sure how well they would do on KZbin but I’m sure other members might also appreciate it. Ye this was a nice change, usually train with sets but definitely easier mentally
