Really enjoyed this after a period of not doing weights for a while. Random question, I did this first thing in the morning, fasted. Curious if you eat anything before the workout?

Depends what time I workout. Usually yes because I train around 11am but if I was training before 8am I would just do it fasted and eat straight after.

Done it. Completed it, brother. Thank you. It said 'light' but I was feeling it😂 and got sweaty. Love the drag curls! Also question....I know it said 30 minutes workout. Do you count the warm ups, too? I always do a little more to get the full 30 mins or whatever type workout you give/

Well when I say light I just mean you don’t need to buy ‘heavy’ dumbbells for it. Still difficult! I mean 30min video really so warm up is part of the 30mins. I do have some 45min videos on KZbin and loads of them on my TPT Studio.
