@@NathalieShanti did this and yes, the burn is realll! especially the Goddess pose + lunges. i took some breaks and died at some parts of the workout but i managed to complete it!! always happy to support :)

1st time doing ur workouts. Honestly, it hit all areas. Wrist intensive right out of the gate or the 1st half. I did dolphin instead of down dog a few times. Also, criss cross isn't the LAST exercise. Get ready for a roll up or 2. Lol. Thank you!
