Thanks for sharing another 30 minute full body sculpting workout I just got done doing a 30 minute full body sculpting workout no jumping no equipment and now I'm going to do these that you are doing a 30-minute full body sculpting workout mad fit app I did it I love it thanks for sharing this workout KZbin video I can't believe I can still do it I'm 63 years old I really appreciate please exercise videos KZbin you have a blessed day from Terry

I loooove this! Maddie, your workouts are just everything! I have become such a fan in the last year. The only thing that stops me from joining the app is the fact that I would have to look at my phone during the workout. The screen is just too small. I really hope that the MadFit App programs will find their way to a computer browser one day. You are the best, Maddie!

Love this type of workout Maddie! I started doing your workouts at 20 weeks pregnant. I am now 37 weeks & love that your workouts are keeping me active (although I need to modify quite a bit these days!)

Your workouts are just awesome. I have shuffled through a lot of workouts but I always come back to your channel over and over again. The way to motivate your viewers throughout the session is just amazing. Thank you for the strength. Hope to see more of those no equipment videos as I have none to workout with.😅

I’ve started to do pilates almost daily and I noticed that in this workout the squats were much harder than before but all the core and tabletop exercises were much easier😄

After doing every imaginable workout from Jane Fonda aerobics in 1984 to step, marathons, Bootcamp, Orange, Hot Yoga, Barre, jump rope, HIIT, heavy weights, flipping tires, sled I can say with absolutely certainty that this one is ultimate in challenge, enjoyment and comfort. #1!!!! 5 stars!!!!
