I loooove this! Maddie, your workouts are just everything! I have become such a fan in the last year. The only thing that stops me from joining the app is the fact that I would have to look at my phone during the workout. The screen is just too small. I really hope that the MadFit App programs will find their way to a computer browser one day. You are the best, Maddie!

I’ve started to do pilates almost daily and I noticed that in this workout the squats were much harder than before but all the core and tabletop exercises were much easier😄

After doing every imaginable workout from Jane Fonda aerobics in 1984 to step, marathons, Bootcamp, Orange, Hot Yoga, Barre, jump rope, HIIT, heavy weights, flipping tires, sled I can say with absolutely certainty that this one is ultimate in challenge, enjoyment and comfort. #1!!!! 5 stars!!!!
