I have never felt a more complete stretch as that last move with one leg up, pulling on our flexed foot. I felt it from my toes all the way up to my glutes. That felt so great! *Farewell, Audrey, master of balance, weight lifting, step, kickboxing and mobility!! Wow! ❤

Great stretch. I especially loved the foot stretches. My feet are sore a lot because of all of the walking, aerobics, pickleball and tennis I play. These stretches really felt great.

I'm taking a rest week and doing stretching everyday. I love how different these workouts are. I did the one from the next week yesterday and this one today. I did this after a step workout and i will be doing it again and again. I think I'm in the minority in that I like stretching more than working out but I have been to classes where it can just be so meh but with Chris you will have fun and also learn something about your body. Great arm session loved the variety .. thank you for the pep talk regarding the strength training and the weight loss battle .. as someone who is trying hard to shift a few pounds I know from experience that a post menopausal woman nearing 60 struggles with slow metabolism due to hormone imbalance and gaining muscle via strength training slows it down further but my scales tell me I have gained a further 3lbs of muscle since the winter so I have to trust the process and trust you … slow and steady wins the race and health over scales victory needs to be my priority … I just need reminding regularly so thank you for hammering this home .. xx

Thank you so much. My back spammed when I was changing 5 days ago, so I have been in ibuprofen. Did a few roll downs yesterday to gently start to get some movement. Done this stretch session and it feels a lot better. Will try some other stretch sessions tomorrow. You are just awesome.
