this is the only workout that makes me completely love the burn that comes with working out. i’ve been doing this once a day along with other work outs for a few days now. gonna start doing it twice a day! (once in the morning once in the evening) no pain no gain !

For the past two weeks I have been following ur ab workouts and I went from 26 to 25". 1st week it was difficult to do most of them plus I had my period anyway now am definitely doing better and adding more cardio and challenges. Hopefully I can stay motivated Update : current waist 24"

Started today after doing cardio. Wasn't able to complete it, will increase my time little by little. Day 1: did around 6mins, then my legs began to crumble down. Day 2: did 20 mins of groww with jo, then 14mins of this. Edit Sorry couldn't keep you posted had periods but guess what I have been working out everyday, I can see such a difference also i feel so good and confident about it

Been following your exercises for a while now. Just wanted to share my slow but gradual progress, I went from 64kg (March) down to 59.6kg (Oct). Still got a long way to go to my optimal weight, but I already feel so much more toned and healthier. Will still need to drop some fat so my abs are more visible tho lol 💗 thanks Emi

Doing this for 1 week Size :- 36 aim is :- 26 Day 1 : It was very pain full i couldn't finish the whole exercise but i can feel the burn in my stomach

So I will update about the results after I started on August 28th,2022 until today october 28th 2 months later, I lost belly fat, and had to switch my jeans cause the size didn't fit anymore and got new jeans , I lost fat in my legs , belly and tights, and I am also doing her legs and thights workout since the beginning of October and I love them.Thank you emi! It helped me a lot to lose fat! And I also started a diet at the end of August 2022 and I am keeping up with it! Thank you for your hard work!thank you emi!

Thank you for your content Emi! If my mom wouldn't have found your channel and pushed me to begin working out I would still lay on my bed, crying and thinking how I'm so lazy and weak. It changed me for better and I made some progress that I'm proud of. But could someone please advice me any of her workouts to strenghten my arms? I have to try some out because I did 15 min core workout and had to stop in between exercises because my arms couldn't hold me

I'm currently on 3rd week of Emi's Full body transform program and I must admit that the progress I have made so far makes me feel like that exact program is easy. (I have done Flat belly & slim thighs (2 weeks), full body fat burn (15 days) combined with Inner thigh burn (also 15 days) and the current one. I'm planning to do all of programs and then I might switch to something else since my fitness level has greatly improved. Thank you once again, I wish you luck on your journey

Day 1:✅I felt my belly burn a little, but the exercise is really good! Day 2:✅complete! my belly hurts but i'm feeling better Day3:✅omg I'm so tired😭 Day4:✅complete! I didn't do some exercises because I was feeling a little pain in some parts of my body Day5:✅complete! even sick, I managed to complete the exercise, and I can also see a little difference Day6:❌I'm feeling down :( Day7:❌

The second set was so hard and painful I broke into tears. I was really mad I couldn’t get the workouts right and almost gave up. Even though I probably didn’t do some of these workouts right, I still finished strong!

Hi Emi, thank you!! Im silent reader on the comments. I did this morning before doing it with you (10 minutes warm up routine!) and finish this OMG you dont believe guys!!! I loose 3 kilos on 9 days!!!!! By the way I only eat at lunch anything i want and dinner only banana or any fruits😊 keep going promise you gonna love it!!! I cant see the abs result but i see my stomach is getting little 🥰

7 minutes today and I'm done. Trying not to stress my body with cortisol levels and pcos. Now to go chew on holy basil to keep it in check. Cause I don't want the cortisol levels fight against my workout results. Be back tomorrow I mighttry the full body work out instead.

I have started this workout for my stubborn menopausal belly fat . It probably does work to some extent though, since I can feel some difference . I'm sticking to this despite the fact I find it very tough.

What a great workout, I came across this by accident but boy I’m glad I did. It’s intense but at the same time not very difficult exercises to do, and you definitely feel the burn, loving it so much, it’s one month I do this at least 4 times a week along with a quick hit workout and I feel much stronger. 💪Thank you Emi ❤️

Doing the abs in 2 weeks program. I started on Feb 9, 2023. Day 02: Had to stop at workout 22 the bear crawl lift. This work out was so hard I did not expect to be this out of shape.

I've been using Emi Wong's programs since 2020, and all I can say is that her program is the most legit, the most considerate, and the most effective. Her programs do not force you to starve yourself, all you have to do is to eat healthy foods and follow the program consistently.

First day to do the exercise: I'm not doing this for weight loss, I'm just doing it for belly fat loss (not that it's easy). I wasn't able to do all exercises (3 were extremely hard for me to follow) I'm sure as the days go by I'll improve I'll keep posting my progress here

Hi Emi, thanks for this great video. Unfortunately I am not supposed to do crunches anymore after my herniated lumbar disc. Therefore, I am currently looking for alternatives for abdominal training after herniated disc. Luckily it was only a mild one. If you have any tips I would be happy. Thank you so much. I shake like a leaf for some of them, arms legs & everything!-this happens ESPECIALLY on bear crawl!! anyone know how to fix that? Also gonna start a count for myself(this is the longest intense weight loss vid i found)(my goal is to lose 20 kg(44.092 lb), from 65 to 45!--i rlly wanna have those nice, flat+toned stomachs girls my age have...): day 1-22/07/24 - managed to do most of them but couldn't manage a to do a couple day 2 -23/07/24 same as day 1 day 3 - 25/07/24-(came home late yesterday)-okay day 4 - 27/07/24- can't remember, forgot to write in day 5- 1/08/24- did nearly everything - also, down to 62.4 kg so woohoo! day 6- 2/08/24- it went well, just the usual day 7- ?/ forgot to write,,, but I'm down to 58.6 kg!! my stomch still looks..well round which is dissapointing and a bit stressfull lol bc i don't see any differences!!! but ill continue anyway and hope for improvements day 8- 5/08/24- went fine.can NEVER do the last one tho bc my hips just hurt like crazy tryna roll.

I did these during COVID-19 lockdown and they where perfect. 20mins surely get you sweating I wish you would give us an hours workout Emi

I’m a very active 11 year old probably cuz I have ADHD I crochet/workout/clean/face care/shower/laundry/art&paing emi has helped me lose weight (4 pounds) her workouts are the best and they are super fun

It is a normal pain, but be careful to do these exercises in the morning, then in the evening or noon, and do them before and after sleep so that your body can rest in the middle of the day. 😊
