@@g.apurupa4746 maybe if you push yourself hard enough, then yes i think😊 at first i hardly could do it but after a while it got a bit easier -> so i could do more rounds of each exercise But i really don't know it's just my experience😅

Hi emi, today is my 1st day of 2nd week doing this workout, I’ve seen a lot of transformation. I got the curve on my waist, toned my inner thighs, my hip dip, now I can’t wait to get my slim leg & thighs. I will update the result once I’ve done in 3 weeks. Anyway, I’m doing this everyday. The exercise starts around 1:50 I just love how Emi’s exercise is so doable but still effective. I can do this & other’s Emi’s 30min video from head to toe without any skipping & still can deal with the burn at the end. Thank u Emi ❤️

Biggest brain In da world After about 3 or 4 days, there were definitely some lines on my legs. After the first week, I felt much stronger. I’m on my third week, and I’ve gotten many comments on the leanness of my legs and my thinner waist. Honestly, my legs started to change immediately, and my stomach had lines at like week 2. It is very much worth it

Hi guys! I have started training with Emi's workouts. I really am enjoying these. at first, I used to go down with my phone and listen to music while walking instead of the other way round and I used to walk very slow. Now, by choice, I have started working out every day. I actually look forward to this time of the day. When I first started I instantly started with HIIT workouts and it was pure hell for me and I gave up. Now, I am motivating myself again and doing workouts. I started with low intensity and its been one month. I am not seeing very prominent results as yet, but I'm not giving up. I was a chubby gal before quarantine and now I'm tryna glow the hell up for back to school. I'm almost 13 in 2020 now, and I hope I look back to this comment feeling good about myself. Your parents, friends and relatives may not totally support you. BUT, DON'T GIVE UP GUYS! I'm with you. My parents give me support now but my friends still don't understand. I haven't been able to control my diet too much because I'm a beginner but if you have any tips please comment down below. HELLOOOO Emi, today is my 12th day of 2nd week doing this workout, and let me tell you that I’ve seen a lot of transformation !!!! its so effectif , my weight was 73KG and now i'm 69.9KG !!! My goal is to lose 10kg more within this month!!!! Of course I complete this workout with a diet and fasting days (2days a week) :) so happpyyyy

To be honest, there are few KZbinrs like Miss Emi. She makes the workouts feel real and the way she demonstrates the excercises, her expressions throughout the whole workout make it more realistic and motivate us to fight against our limits. I had done other excercises of Miss Emi and I have noticed significant changes in my body n structure. All thanks to Miss Emi for motivating us and of course ourselves too for pushing our limits. Keep making such workout videos Miss Emi🙂

Thought I should probably leave a comment. Started doing this workout every day in May 2020. By August I had visible abs and had lost 10 lbs (from 147 to 137). This workout is so great and I can’t say thank you enough to Emi for giving me a workout that I could actually do for a sustained period of time… it helped to change my life. These days I do more intense workouts, but I still like to do this one when I don’t have much energy.

I started doing this workout once a day and it totally makes me way more energized. I feel so flexible and fit lately all thanks to your workouts. Day 1: Didn't do the last few exercise. Very hard :( Day 2: Missed it Day 3: Did the workout twice. Once in the morning and once in the evening. I'll keep yall updated :) Update: Been doing it everyday and can see a massive change in my thigh. Definitely recommend it

I was actually dreading the thought of having to exercise for 30 minutes but this turned out to be alright!! It was all slow and you have 20 seconds of rest in between, enough time to catch your breath. The only hard one was the sumo squat, I had to pause few times, but the other movements were enjoyable and I didn't pause at all which surprised me!!

✅Update Completed✅ Thighs: 24.25 in/ 61.7cm Stomach: 29.5 in/ 74.6cm Waist: 27.85in/70.7cm *Backgroung information*: I am a 13 year old girl, with a height of 1.65m/5.5 ft and a weight of 65kg/143 lbs. Before the chrisrmas break, I used to be 59kg/130lbs but then I gained 5kg over the course of the past 2 months. It is not that noticeable but I hope to go down to at least 53kg/116 lbs by May or June. I want to build some lean muscles and lose fat. I am considered healthy weight but I don't like the way i look and feel. So I want to change that. Wish me good luck Day 1; March 5,2020;✅I just finished this and it was very hard. I was sweating buckets. My stomach and my thighs are so sore but I feel so good. I will update again tomorrow Day 2; March 6,2020;✅ I just finished the workout and I have to say that my abs are dead. My abs were sore from yesterday and while doing this workout I was literally about to give up but I didn't so yay! Diet wise I ate a lot of junk food so I will try to eat healthier and I will also start doing some cardio exercise. Day 3; March 7,2020;✅ Today, I am quite proud of myself. I ate quite healthy (Had some cookies) and I ran/walked for about 1 hour in the morning and I feel good. I did this workout twice (Once in the morning and once right now) and damn! My stomach and thighs are literally dead. I will update again tomorrow. Day 4; March 8,2020❌I did not do it today because I was sore from yesterday. I ate very healthy today until my mom brought a cake home. I couldn't resist the temptation and ate it. 😥😥 I ate over 1600 calories today. For some people that is not a lot but that is more than my body needs. Day 4; March 9,2020;✅ I had gym today and all I have to say is that I'm dead. I don't know if the teacher was in a bad mood today or something but she made us run 3 miles in less than 20min which is literally impossible and then we did the beep test. That made me burn around 600-700 cal. I didn't want to do this workout but then I thought about how I want to change and I did it. My abs aren't as sore as the other days but my thighs and legs are. I can't even walk. Diet wise, I made a lot of healthy choices today and I'm proud of myself Day 5; March 10,2020;✅ I just finished this and I really enjoyed the burn. For some reason I felt so good today. Diet wise I also made a lot of healthy choices so I'm happy about that. Day 6; March 11,2020;✅ I don't know if its just me but it seems like my waist got a bit smaller. I can' wait to take my measurements at the end of this. I didn't eat quite as healthy as some other days, and I was super bloated so yea. Day 7; March 12,2020;✅ I never stuck to a work out for more than 4 days so I'm quite happy i didn't give up yet and I just learned that because of the coronavirus were not having school for 3 weeks so I will use that time to lose weight and tone up to the point were no one will recognize me. What a nice plan. Anyways I had swimming lessons today and I did this workout after and I feel good. Day 8; March 13,2020❌ I did not do it because I was so sore from yesterday. Both my abs and my thighs are dead. To replace this workout I went walking for about 1 hour. Day 9; March 14,2020;✅ I did it today and damn that burns. I have not been eating quite healthily for the pas 9 days so starting tomorrow, I will eat healthy. I know its the second time I say that but this time I will do it. I'm doing this because I will go buy my graduation dress soon and I need to lose that extra weight and look like a queen. Day 10; March 15,2020❌I went to a birthday party today and I didn't have enough time to workout. I ate like crap today which is very bad. My stomach is hella bloated right now. I will eat healthier starting tomorrow and I will do this workout twice a day. Day 11; March 16,2020;✅ I did this twice today and damn. I feel the burn. I did it back to back and that was probably a bad idea. I ate quite healthy today but still allowed myself to have a donut. I feel so good! Day 12; March 17,2020;✅ I did this twice again but once in the morning and once at night. It was as hard but I still feel sore. I ate healthy today but I ate some cookies which is ok Day 13; March 18,2020;✅ I had a birthday party to attend so I only had time to do this once. At least I did it. The food there were mostly unhealthy but some were healthy and I had those. I still had a few cupcakes though Day 14; March 19,2020;✅Did this twice again. Went on the treadmill for 45 min before doing this and I can only use one word to describe my legs: DEAD. Day 15; March 20,2020;✅ I weighted myself today and OMFG. I WEIGH 62.7KG. YAAAAAAAY! I did not take measurements and I will take them at the very end Day 16; March 21,2020;✅I can't believe I actually stuck to this workout for so long. Usually I would give after 3-4 days but this time I didn't. I got 5 more days to go. I feeling so motivated right now. Wish me good luck. Day 17; March 22,2020;✅I have not really been looking at myself since I started this workout but today I did and damn i look so different. My waist and my thighs look a bit smaller. I tried a pair of my pants that didn't fit me anymore and they actually fit me now. Day 18; March 23,2020;✅ I can't believe we have three more days of this. I'm so happy Day 19; March 24,2020;❌I had a headache and I didn't feel good enough to workout Day 20; March 25,2020;✅Workout Complete. Did 3 rounds and THIS BURRRRRRRNSS!!!! Measurements✅: Thighs: 23.25 in/59cm Lost: 1 in/2.7cm Stomach: 29 in/73.7cm Lost: 0.5 in/0.9cm Waist: 26.5 in/67.3cm Lost: 1.35in/3.4 cm Weight: 62kg/137lbs Lost: 3kg/6 lbs For some people that may not be much but for me it is actually a lot. I did not expect that I will lose this much. I kept on saying that I will eat healthy but I only did it for a few days and I ate like shit a lot of times. I wanted to add some cardio to burn more fat but I was being too lazy so I didn't. Thank you so much Emi!!! I never thought I would lose this much

@@sulthanar5732 I started off with her full body workouts ,then abs with legs. Everyday at least 40 mins of workout with green tea 😊you can start off with her HIIT workouts which is beginner friendly and then progress with abs and cardio

OMG!! I started this workout from 8th sept and now on 3rd oct every person around me has seen a change in me. Everyone is telling me that I get slim. And honestly I didn't do any type of diet. Though I am slim now. Previously my belly was 33.5 and now 32.5, and observe changes in thighs too. Just follow this whole video and you'll totally gonna see changes in yourself.

What's 3 weeks, like 21 days: Lemme document here. I actually started the day before yesterday but I was kinda learning how to do them all lol so I'll make the other day my official start. Day One (2/16): ✅ Day Two (2/17): Skipped (My dorm was freezing lol and it was 20 degrees outside🥶🤣) Day Three (2/18): ✅ Day Four: (2/19) ✅ I dropped like a sack of flour at the end of today's workout session lol. But it went by alot faster than the last few days. I also could've sworn I saw Emi move even after I paused the screen. These workouts are starting to haunt me 🤣🤣 Day Five : (2/20) ✅ Day Six (2/21) ✅ Switched out the Spiderman planks for regular planks. Literally the only workout I can't do. My mat just slips all over the place 🤣🤣 Day Ten (2/25): I've been doing it the last few days, I just forget to document it lol.

There are different types of intermitent fasting and different hours that each person can ajust for himself. You have a lot of information on youtube and online. Good luck!

Just for begginers who are trying this: the instructions "AS FAST/AS LOW/ AS STRONG/GIVE YOUR 100 %" may sound "inspiring" but is the perfect recipie for a lesion, and is also ineffective cause makes the whole opposite of what you want to achieve, go on your own pace, DON'T RUSH❤️ just go as the velocity which represent a decent challenge but it's something you can keep until the end.

i am going to start this tomorrow and i will be doing it at night with a healthy diet, i will be doing this workout once a day and i will be updating starting weight/ 56 kg, 123 pounds goal/ 50 kg, 110 pounds day 1/ done!! i am legit dying, this was so hard bs so good at the same time, i ate pretty healthy, but i also had a few cookies lol, but i will try not to do that tomorrow, that's it for todayyyy! day 2/ about to begin the workout, updating in 30 minutes done!!! very hard but i managed to get it done, i ate healthy but i had a slice of pizza lol, tomorrow I'll try not to eat cookies or pizza 😂 that's for today! day 3/ done!!! was healthy today, but i at three chocolate eggs lol, but other than that it was great, the workout is getting easier and easier, that's it for today!! day 4/ done! easier than yesterday, i ate healthy buttttt i ate some sweets, we'll see tomorrow that's all bye! day 5/ didn't do it today, it was free, and i wasn't healthy since Easter and all but tomorrow I'll do it day 6/ not doing it today cause i feel awful

when it comes to workouts i always see people in the comments being like "i almost died" or saying that they are not good enough for that workout but when it comes to Emi workout videos, there are people who are happy with the results and overall vibing with the burn. i love that
