I enjoyed this one!!!! The warrior 3 challenges me...the slow flow is relaxing..and those leg exercises at end... okay.my legs were burning!!! These 30 min mean the WORLD to me! Thank you always Michelle.. Happy Holidays

Great workout! I'm just starting to get confident enough to try PIYO and this one was tough for me, but in a good way! My partner was laughing at the number of times I said, "Oh, my butt!" during the last section! Thank you for your amazing workouts, they always challenge me beyond where I think I can go, and I feel great at the end, whether I've kept up or needed to take a break. I absolutely love your videos.

If this was your first time doing PiYO it's usually a train wreck. It take a few times to get familiar with the moves. I think of the first time I did Zumba...that was a hot mess, but once you get the move down...you start to have fun and you get more out of the workout. I hope you try it again. 💯💯
