Anna, i am 60 years old and worked out at least 35 of those years with weights, 2 kids along the way. I love your workouts. My joints seem to be doing ok and i just modify if they give me a hard time. Just downloaded the app too. Thank you for your inspiration.

Just getting back into working out. This workout was killer. I love that there is no talking during it. I haven’t found any other workout videos where it’s JUST working out. I hate the pep talks. I just want to do my time, do my grind and no extra. LOVE IT.

Couldnt do pushups so I did knee push ups. Also I used 2 bottles of water instead of the dumbbells. Thank you sm anna I'm 14 and this workout is perfect for me ❤

The exercises, your mood, the music, the timing (start 40 sec on and 30 sec non stop)...everything is perfect ! I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

Wow! What a great but KILLER arm workout! This workout made 2kg weights feel heavy after those pike pushups! I love how we only need light/medium weights for workouts as it is so intense. And after those 30 minutes I don't need to workout again for the rest of the day. Thank you Anna for the amazing videos you are creating. Thanks to you I look forward to working out everyday and I look forward to becoming a stronger version of myself!

Today was super hard. I’ve been lifting weights for 4 months now. For some reason today was just awful, my whole body decided to give up and shake 20 seconds into each lift😅. But I made it to the end! I’m proud of myself for showing up. If there are any people who are feeling the same way- be proud of yourself too, even when things are tough, you still showed up ❤!

This felt like cardio, abs and arms all in 1❤. I used a variety of dumbbells from 8lbs to 20s. The diamond press is still a challenge for me. The hand position feels awkward for me
