Anna, i am 60 years old and worked out at least 35 of those years with weights, 2 kids along the way. I love your workouts. My joints seem to be doing ok and i just modify if they give me a hard time. Just downloaded the app too. Thank you for your inspiration.

What a great arm workout. I liked how we started and ended without weights but the middle had a good amount of weight workouts

Just getting back into working out. This workout was killer. I love that there is no talking during it. I haven’t found any other workout videos where it’s JUST working out. I hate the pep talks. I just want to do my time, do my grind and no extra. LOVE IT.

Couldnt do pushups so I did knee push ups. Also I used 2 bottles of water instead of the dumbbells. Thank you sm anna I'm 14 and this workout is perfect for me ❤

Anna I just want to say thank you. You made my life so much happier since I do your workouts. The exercises, your mood, the music, the timing (start 40 sec on and 30 sec non stop)...everything is perfect ! Sometimes, I go to the gym and I do your workout with a bit of running or elliptical, it is only what I need. Thank's a lot. Love

Okay what an arm day. It was really intense, the most difficult part was the shoulder press pulses my shoulders were burning so hard omg. Thank you so so so much Anna !!!

I have had these for several weeks kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

I just wanted to thank you for changing my life. I like how challenging these workouts are and the 30 time period I can do them in. It makes me feel good to do them almost everyday if I can help it and have truly brought up my self confidence and built my muscles more.

I’m recovering from a tore hip muscle and I just did this workout to get back into it. Never did I ever think I’d actually say “Planks yay!” But I did, and I did it! This is so perfect for my recovery, I can’t thank you enough!

Wow! What a great but KILLER arm workout! This workout made 2kg weights feel heavy after those pike pushups! I love how we only need light/medium weights for workouts as it is so intense. And after those 30 minutes I don't need to workout again for the rest of the day. Thank you Anna for the amazing videos you are creating. Thanks to you I look forward to working out everyday and I look forward to becoming a stronger version of myself!

I was working up some major anxiety today so I decided to try doing this working for relief. I think it helped. The shoulder pulses were great, I wanted to give up but I held through. Thank you!

Today was super hard. I’ve been lifting weights for 4 months now. For some reason today was just awful, my whole body decided to give up and shake 20 seconds into each lift😅. But I made it to the end! I’m proud of myself for showing up. If there are any people who are feeling the same way- be proud of yourself too, even when things are tough, you still showed up ❤!

Finished it in 45 mins and replaced all push ups with knee pushups, also could do the pushups hold, thanks anna❤lots of love ❤️❤️

This felt like cardio, abs and arms all in 1❤. I used a variety of dumbbells from 8lbs to 20s. The diamond press is still a challenge for me. The hand position feels awkward for me
