Absolutely loved this! And it DID fly by! I challenged myself and used 3lb VS my normal 1-2!!! Helped that I had a high protein meal for dinner last night!! #FeelingGreat! Ty OL ❤

No surprise! ANOTHER incredible Walk n Tone workout🎉🎉🎉🎉 I was so excited to do this one this morning and Olivia did not disappoint. Fun moves, light weights (do not underestimate the burn you will get using them!) and a cooldown with holding stretches that truly count (I am a HUGE advocate of consistant stretching) no rushing, just a smooth transition from the workout to the relaxing cooldown. LOVED, LOVED it, Olivia!! And it went straight into my ever growing "Favorite Olivia Workouts" playlist!!!!❤ Thank you for yet another AWESOME session!!!❤❤❤❤❤ I am ready to subscribe but have a question.....when you are a paid subscriber, does it unlock a "members only" section? I believe some workouts are available only to members and a new members workout is released every Saturday if you are at the top tier? Just curious how it all works and what comes with membership?

Hello Olivia! Why don't you ever do circuit training with repetitions, for example 10 exercises in a row that can be repeated in 3-4 circles? It's not boring at all, but it's mega effective - loading the same muscle groups. The exercises are remembered, and concentration occurs on the quality of execution. This is not about boredom, but about efficiency, because training is not entertainment, but work for results. And it is in our interests to achieve what we want faster, and not just to entertain ourselves. While I enjoy many of your workouts, they are challenging.❤

Although I completely agree with what you are saying I disagree with some aspects. Not everyone exercises for the same reasons. Some people do it for enjoyment only or to simply burn off some energy. I think that if you aren’t enjoying your workouts sooner or later that will become an obstacle in either continuing your fitness journey or you’ll dread every workout and burn yourself out physically and mentally. I don’t believe in the work harder approach as it drives inflammation, cortisol and mental fatigue. But being kinder to your body and finding movement that feels right for you. So yes short term you might reap benefits of intense training but you need to ask yourself how it’s affecting your body and mind long term. If your goal is hypertrophy then by all means yes repetition is needed but most of my workouts focus on simple movement of the body and mental wellbeing.

@@oliviafitlawson I understand you and those who want entertainment, not sport. As for me, in this sense, I would rather walk outside, go on a trip or ride a bike. As for home workouts, I use them to replace the gym, which, alas, I don’t have time to go to. That’s why I have such a sporty attitude towards fitness as a job. The point is not that you change your training style, the point is that someone like me expects this option from you, among others 😉

You can go to heather robertson if you have another objective and likes repetitions. I love how Olivia does not repeat, it helps me focus and I may say her workouts turns out really effective.
