Just finished this workout and it is phenomenal! I want to thank you for all your standing workouts. I can’t do traditional Pilates after my epidural. I am so grateful I found you!! I was just wondering the same. 😊 They look like 1kg to me but function of how much you usually lift and your fitness level, you can also try slightly higher and see after a few reps how you feel.
