I loved this workout. Ive been doing pilates for years, but somehow your attention to the C-curve totally changed my experience today. I think I've been doing "cat" and "cow" on autopilot, and really not experiencing the depth of flexion and contraction in the lower back. I think this will improve my flexibility and my back strength significantly. Thank you!

You do magic! I've been sick at home since two days, and every time I'm sick, I feel that my spine gets blocked, especially upper spine. After only the two first exercises you did in this class, I feel like I can move again. Thank you
