I love this workout. It's a very nice addition to the lower body dumbbell workout from last month. All the lunges really made my legs burn at the end and I struggled to keep my balance. 😅 Thank you for another great one, Superman! 💪

You need to eat protein every meal or you could do a meal plan where you eat 2 meals 2 meal replacement protein shakes and 2 protein snacks that will give you your daily protein you will need
