Week1 -Remember the pain only means It’s working don’t give up. Day 1- complete Day2- complete Day3-complete Day4-complete Day5-complete Day6-complete Had a episode late night wasn’t feeling quite up to anything but I pushed myself & now I feeel a little bit better 💪🏻 Going to update on February 17th! It's good to see no repeat exercises in entire thirty minutes of this video I hate repeated workouts seriously it feels boring and somehow we know inside we have to repeat it all again and we calculate the entire duration and that is psychologically hence physically exhausting that's why I always like thirty minutes workout with no repeatations the curiosity makes my mind fresh new workouts make me feel fresh new and happy and the length of the time also we don't get and hence I hate repeating workouts I don't go for repeating workouts! I just completed my 105th belly workout excluding 16 resting days means yesterday I already completed four months of exercising persistently with monthly only four days off and I am enjoying healthy slim body with my consistent efforts and discipline and dedication for such workouts and for first two and half months i did thirty minutes of workout each day which made my abd line visible and it looked great later I included stretch routine middle split and back stretching on alternate days and cut of fifteen minutes of belly workout and in place of that added stretch routine but Honestly it didn't benefit that much thirty minutes of belly workout and fifteen minutes of stretch routine is the best wholesome package of exercise without any break I don't like to take breaks otherwise I fall down it just takes a day off and I fall down and next day I feel a huge resistance to do exercise that's why anything I do I hate taking rest days in between resting hours in aday after workout fine but no day off that's how my mind is once a week off is also fine but I avoid that also as far as exercising music piano and reading study or spiritual books biographies real books are concerned !

Hi guys!! I started yesterday ..Planning to continue for a month ..I want reduce my belly fat .. Day 1 - felt really good .. couldn't hold boat pose😁 but completed workout. Day 2 - my stomach hurts a Lil...but still managed to finsh the workout successfully Day 3 - i had severe headache soo i decided to do 7 min lower abs workout from the same page Day 4 - completed successfully feel more easy today Day 5 - 7 mins lower abs workout...was very tired
