This is exactly what I needed this morning. I woke up this morning receiving devastating news via text that one of my dear friends lost her two year with cancer 😢💔. The only thing I could manage to do was clean my house to keep busy - then I saw this kickboxing video and thought this was a healthy way to start my day. My friend was fitness instructor so I know she would’ve wanted me to sweat it out today. Thank you again Chris.

I love kickboxing! I love how invigorated I feel afterward. And thanks to strength workouts and proper stretching, my form is better and my kicks are getting stronger and higher.
