I am over 60 and was completely out of shape. The first time I tried this video I had to modify the modified version and step in place when it was too much for me. One month in I can complete the entire workout. I still have to modify portions due to age related issues but I can do it! I've lost almost 15 pounds now and feel so much better. Bless you for this. I can continue this and get back to where I need to be.

no i didn't take any diet. eat everything i want without rice and drink some water before eating.. eat more vegetables (i prefer to choose bitter vegetables)... drink hot lemon water everyday without sugar and eat plain jelly (without sugar or milk) for night meal..

Just burned 350 KCALS with this workout ! It was really intense ! And you have to really GO at it but It was entertaining ! I wasn’t bored after 10 minutes ! STAY HYDRATED ✨ PS- The instructor was great, but it was a bit hard to follow the moves as it was changing too quickly without proper demonstration.

So happy I found this video. After getting married I gained 30lbs in 1 year, dieting wasn’t doing anything for me and I gave up working out months ago at the gym because of how intimidated I felt . I finally came to terms with my unhappiness and decided to work out at home. I may have gave up half way through but I got up again, finished the work out and when the Instructor said “you did so well” I honestly teared up. Definitely going to keep up with these videos so I can get in shape and happy with my body again! Thanks for the motivation and making this fun!

It gets better with time, you will improve each routine you do. I had trouble with the first dance workout, bc I'm not used to those hip hop moves, but this one I had zero trouble with as I've been dancing Latin dance for years now. But I sucked at those at the beginning too, so keep at it! Dancing is super fun and brings a tangible sense of improvement with each passing day.

I'm going to do this workout every day for a week and share my results with you guys, please like and comment for motivation!! Height: 165cm Initial weight: 71kg Day 1: Sweating a lot but it was really fun! Looking forward for the rest of the week Day 2: still as challenging as the first day but loving it! Also, I do the whole 30 mins without stopping for the water break or any other time Day 3: I've pretty much learned the movements by now so I can do the choreo more easily and keep up with the trainer better Day 4: around the last 6 minutes it still feels exhausting but I feel so accomplished every time I finish it :) Day 5: the workout felt shorter that usual today, I guess it's getting easier! 😁 I also feel a lot more energized throughout the day Day 6: it feels really easy to keep up now, but it still gets my heart rate going! Excited for the last day tomorrow 😁 Day 7: I've done it!! I feel so happy that I could stick to this for a week, it's been really fun! I will weigh myself tomorrow morning and let you know if I've lost any weight 😊 Results: I weight 70.4kg! That means in a week I've lost 0.6kg, wich I think is a very healthy rate of losing weight. I haven't changed anything in my diet, I've just tried to eat smaller portions and eat very little for dinner. I hope this was helpful for those who are thinking of doing this workout! I will definitely be continuing with other dance routines. Good luck everyone 😁

I'm 75, and have been taking cardio dance & zumba for 12 years. Love it! I think the tai chi I do helps me to get "low" because you always have your knees bent.

I did half because I'm in an upstairs apartment and can only imagine what the neighbors are hearing with me fumbling around 😂 good workout though! Kept me well within cardio heat rates and was easy to modify on my own. Just keep that body moving! Love this video, such good vibes ❤

This was one of the first workouts from Popsugar. I started working out again a month and a half ago when Italy started shutting down. I love Nicole’s energy and I love that it is a fast paced exercise. From this one I moved to several other dance cardio workouts and now I can pick up the moves way faster. In this month and a half I have lost 4 kg, my arms and shoulders are looking amazing. My waistline is getting thinner, my stomach is toning and reducing. My legs are leaner, I’ve lost at least 3 cm on my thighs. So thank you Popsugar for the amazing content, for the amazing instructors and for motivating me to do better for myself.

M Kenney I’m working out an hour 5 to 6 days a week. Aside from this workout I also do many others from Popsugar. I do dance cardio, kick boxing and toning and strength workouts. I also dedicate at least one workout to strength and toning as it helps a lot in the weight lost department. Just pick something you like and try to build a routine with it. I started small doing the 7 minute workout from an App, then started doing 15 minutes after a week and then I discovered Popsugar and started doing half an hour and from then an hour. Time flies when you find a fun workout. Also drink water. Tons of it. At least 2 liters per day.

I am 55 years old and have been in need of some toning. I used to dance in my younger life and wanted some exercise options with dance moves involved. I LOVE THIS VIDEO! It is now part of my regular routine at least 4-5 times a week and it kicks my butt! Your attitude along with your girls is so much fun that I actually look forward to this video every time! It took me a few weeks to be able to get through the whole thing...whew, but I am doing it! Thank you!

I had tried three times during my quarantine period. It was excellent workout for just half an hour, I sweated more than I workout at the gym for one hour Zumba dance. I highly suggested for those who would not like to miss out the chance for exercise. That’s it, this is the one.

Honestly i’m gonna do this everyday, just for the trainer...and the fact that I felt so involved into this dance, it was so fun, I didn’t even realize I was working out in a way..felt like dance one would do when they listen to music. Loved it..everything was great, felt amazing and energetic after the session.❤️✨

I love this workout. Nicole is so uplifting. I find she guides you through the steps through the whole workout so you don’t get lost! I’m very uncoordinated but still felt this was achievable.

I LOVE doing these dance workouts with Nicole. She's fun, exuberant, upbeat; she loves herself, her body and life - yet she's down to earth, she makes you feel ok that you can't do all the moves perfectly; she is not pretentious or 'precious.' I find myself coming back over and over to Nicole Steen videos. They are fun, do-able for people at any level, and the 30 minutes really does fly by! Thank you, Nicole.

Wow, you made me sweat more in half hour than 1 hour of zumba class at the gym. I've been doing Zumba for 6 years and teaching for a while.
