If you are looking for a good chest workout that you can do at the gym then this is for you. AND it will only take you 30 minutes to do this workout, and get great results! These exercises are going to be joint friendly, and the machines the gyms have can help protect your joints. There are also alternative exercises, if your gym does not have some of the equipment shown in this workout video.
This is a great workout to build your chest muscle, and it won’t take a long time to do it. Build a big and firm looking chest by doing this workout a couple times a week, and you are going to see some great results.

Exercise #1: PLATE LOADED CHEST PRESS
Exercise #2: CABLE CHEST PRESS (HIGH TO LOW)
Exercise #3: DUMBBELL INCLINE CHEST PRESS

Hi Gary - I do a full body workout three times a week. Theses four chest excercise's are perfect for me. I'm 82 I've seen gains working your workouts. Question am I doing too much? I've grown accustomed to three workouts three times a week. That's all the time I have even though I'm retired😊 For example I do 45# db bench press for 3 sets.

Just found your videos. I’m buying in! Do you recommend staying away from doing anything else during the 90 seconds between? Such as abs? Been doing push pull workouts for years to save time. Thoughts

Great video Gary. What I would like to see though is two exercises, one one gym equipment and the other for bands or dumbbells. I workout at home. I refuse to go to gyms anymore. Unfortunately I get more out of Mark’s videos.
