I love "Super Sets" and "Drop Sets." The "Tricon" and "Titan" sets are something I've never tried although I've seen them in several of your videos. You picked the favorite body part I love to train...ARMS. I'm going to give this a shot in my routine.

@@LiveAnabolic , hi, can you provide a list of which areas can be done in the same day? Chest and shoulders same day? Or maybe biceps and shoulders the same day? I don’t know which group of muscles can be worked out the same day. Thanks

Great vid. I would sug. regular skull crushers with a palms up grip since you did cables with a neutral gp.

how many times a week should one do this? trouble i have is putting all these workouts into a comprehensive weekly plan without damaging my joints! just got over tennis and golfers elbow from overtraining!!

I solved the problem by getting t-shirt with narrow sleeves. You can find those t-shirts in the children's section of the store. Still working on the problem with naked torso.

Believe me everybody, it's so hard to grow visible muscles on a 64 y.o. body. Some old guys grow them easier, but I'm struggling very hard, probably due to genetics.

I don’t know shit about working out…….. I’ve worked in the electrical trade since I was 19…. I’m 63 now… I’ve always had decent arms , shoulder and back due to bending pipe , Pulling wire, cable and setting switchgear ect. Since taking on a supervisory role I’ve gotten soft.. I’m a workhorse not a show horse. I gotta make a comeback… thanks Gary.

Is it possible to overdo a superset? I do 1 set (as high intensity as possible for 8 reps) for pecs supersetted with 1 set for lats, followed immediately by 1 set for triceps supersetted with 1 set for biceps. All 4 muscle groups are supersetted

Great work out but not that practical when you’re working out in a busy gym. To go from the cable machine to the free weights with a bench back to the cable machine without people slipping in there between…it ain’t happening.
