I like your work out, but you are moving a little to fast in between one work out move to the next. Give beginners time to transition from one workout move to the next. Rember, most people at home don't have the same experience with working out as you do.

Would be great if you give an alternative for the last move of the burpee jump over. I am at home and do not have enough space to do that (might be the same for others). Other than that, great workout!

First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

That was bruuuuuutal, Kat! I definitely had to sneak in some extra rests and modifications, but I still did it! If this was any other person's workout video, I would have laughed half way through and given up, but there is something about you and your videos that makes me want to finish and gives me the motivation to!!! So again, THANK YOU for all that you do!!! I would not be where I am in my fitness journey if it weren't for you

Thanks for this amazing workout. I'm just braving the tougher workouts after a few sedentary years, and the modifications you offer were great, but you also gave me something to strive for.

great to have a new EMOM workout. It was tough!!! Those burpees - agh! never had any rest time before next exercise. Also did NO active rests. Loved it!! Perfect way to start the day x

Oh my! That was great, you completely lulled me into this lovely happy place and then BAM 💥! Fantastic. I had to modify the burpees on and off, and some of the pushups were on my knees, but otherwise I kept up. Good job Kat! 👏❤️

This was fun! BUT - a tough workout! Simple moves but they sneak up on you! I LOVED this version of the burpee - jumping over the weights! Now going to finish the day with one of your Tabata workouts! Thanks Kat!!!

Don't know how, but I completed it! The burpees were definitely killer and had to walk those out coz they made me feel a bit sick and had to modify the push ups. But LOVED the power snatches and dumbbell thrusters :o) Sweat and smiles all over now and so grateful for my body and mind for getting me through it. Thanks heaps, Kat! RawwRRRRRRRRRRR! xXx

My legs were shaking after the burpies and the snatches following right after those (with little rest) were tough. It was challenging! I usually head out for a run but did this instead and what a great, overall body workout!

I did too at first, then realized I was wrong but rolled with it. Thought I was dying at one point. Now I've done it three times (in two weeks) and I love it!

I did not think it was too bad until the burpees...I don't know how you did chest to floor burpees so fast, I could only get 10 reps in in the minute with no time to spare, it made the power snatches right after so hard b/c my heart was beating out of my chest & I was breathing SO hard through them & I tried to blaze through the tuck crunches just so I can get in a few extra seconds to get amped up for the burpees again! This was freakin' hard (I should've known...all your EMOM workouts are especially tough!), but I'm feeling really strong & proud right now (& I laughed & laughed when you suggested repeating the workout again - I think I've had my fill of chest to floor burpees for today!)!

Just started training again, like a month ago, after a year and a half stop. This routine is amazing, i've been feeling myself again ahaha thank you so much! Well I just did it and now I'm literally dripping sweat lol. Had to pause it a couple times too because of those burpees, but I did it. They kill so much. I understand why you're so drenched at the end now. Great workout though! Now that I sat to type this though I don't feel like moving for a while lol.

haven't trained in a few weeks, due to aggravating my lower back. Wow....this was tough. I managed the rounds, but the last set of burpees I did mountain climbers as I didn't want to get too sloppy and hurt my back. Great first workout back :)

I did this the morning after the 4th of July where I had too much food and too little sleep. I had to hit pause a few times but I finished it so that's all that matters!

I L O V E this workout, for some reason I was thinking it was gonna be super easy but after reading the comments I decided I wanted to do it… it took me 48 minutes I burned 411 calories and I was using 8lb dumbbells I LOVED THIS WORKOUT
