Every Minute on the Minute! We've got another INSANE cardio workout today! The first 1-2 rounds seem pretty easy, right? And then it gets crazier and crazier. Let's conquer this workout together!

That was amazing, Kat! Harder physically than the first, yes, but easier mentally because of all the work we've put in this month. Absolutely loved how hard this was! Not gonna lie, those last surfers were a BIT shaky!! High-kneed it at the end, you Ninja Master you. But didn't have to modify anything, though I will admit I had to give myself some "Let's go, team!" claps before the last three rounds of burpees...ALL-THE-WAY-TO-THE-FLOOR BURPEES!! Rawrrrr!! And anyone who repeated that workout right after has my utmost respect!!! Can't wait to WARRIOR STOMP Monday and Tuesday. Have a great weekend!!!!

YAAAAS! I LOVED this! Crossfit workouts are my jam, and I feel like it's what I do best in. I love having the circuit to do. It gives me an end goal and makes me push harder and faster than I normally would. I'm always more sweaty and worn out after these types of workouts than anything. Feeling like a warrior💪 Ready to take on the day 👊🦁 Thanks for all you do Kat!❤

Loved it, I have been skipping around between workouts so I was looking for a good sweat I got it at the end. It wasn't too terribly intense... But still great!

I used to take skaters as a nice and easy break btwn exercises up until 3d or 4th round of today's madness lol, it was tough, but fun, thank you for always being so motivating!

I did it! I survived it! But you know what? After 1st round, every time after the frog jumps and before burpees and tuck, I pressed pause and put some dishes away from the dishwasher. That permitted me catch some extra breath in order to go all in with the burpees and tuck and see a household task as a blessing 😅 #efficient

Aargh! My despair when I have to catch up and do Day 25 and 26 (Tabata and EMOM) on the same day 😲, one after the other too. Seriously Though I made it just and I'm a sweaty pile of a mess right now 😅 but feel great. I'm not going to lie, I had to modify surfers and burpees - but I survived 😂 Thanks Kat, can't believe we're nearly at the end of the challenge 😭

RawwRRRRRRRRRR! I can only conclude that EMOM is a form of self-loathing coz it causes soooo much mental torture - arghhhhhh! With the burpees and tuck, my mind was saying: Why bother going all the way down to the floor - You are only going to have to get up again, anyway! :D But, I did it and... well, I somehow made it! Woo hoo! Loved the froggy jumps and the skaters, though. You need to be feeling in peak form to attempt this. No way I could have done it this morning. Wishing for deep and gentle strength training tomorrow

EMOM! Loved it - but it made me cry for MY MOM! Hehe! Not really kidding......this was tough! I ran this morning (-22 windchill) so I was praying tonight's workout would be something calm - _ - - _ - < pics of me dying, lol. I gutted through it, woohoo! Love this and will be repeating for sure! Thanks!!

Glad I saved this one to do on its own. It was tough, but honestly I feel like the other EMOM was harder. Don't get me wrong, it was still tough. Valued the rest seconds and definitely took advantage.

This was definitely much more difficult than the previous EMOM, like dang, I never thought I could do so much plyo or something close to it but wow, that was great!

When we come up, we are facing to the sides and sink down like we are on a surfboard instead of jumping straight up! 🤗💖

Definitely harder than the first EMOM! But it felt great to finish it (like, partly to be done, but mostly because of the sense of accomplishment).

This workout is so deceiving! On paper looks chill, but doing it five times back to back really builds up some fatigue. Ima die a little in the shower now for like and hour (or until I can stand up again. Who knows how long will that take?) RAAAAAAAWWWRR

Well I can definitely only get 10 chest-to-floor burpees done in the time you've completed 12 but I'm still proud of my effort. I guess at my age to be able to do 100 burpees in a 30-min workout is pretty sweet. In general not a fan of EMOM workouts cuz I thrive on variety but every once in a while it's good to challenge myself like this.
