I am 52 years strong today! Thankful for my health and fitness and for Sydney and this channel for taking me on this journey. Greatest feeling in the world...my 20 year old son came home from college this week (COVID test negative!). Haven’t seen him since August. I took my sweat jacket off to start my workout and he exclaimed “Holy Sh#! Mom you’re ripped!” The Mom in me should have reprimanded the foul language but if I’m being totally honest it made me feel like a BEAST! If you’re doubting yourself out there...don’t! Believe in yourself, believe in Sydney, believe in your Royal Fitness family. Be strong...heart mind and body. Love to you all...you crushed it! ❤️

Started somewhere is right. Gotta pick a starting point and stay working & grinding and not be afraid to make adjustments or corrections. I have evolved so much ever since I started with Summertime fine 2.0. Now I feel like a BEAST. I feel less stress or m able to channel it better. I chose this workout to start back my fitness life style after a major surgery almost six months ago. It felt so great to be able to exercise again even without dumbells. It will be a very slow return to be where I was before. Sydney a big THANK YOU for always being there me and this amazing community, hearing your voice and your motivational speech at the end of the workout has brought me back mentally to where I need to be, and I know that with time I will be fully back physically as well.
