Why do you often offer the way to modify down on the second rep? It's very discouraging and not easy to follow for those who need the modifications.

I'm not a big fan of LIT's videos, yet training-wise this one was good - a good balance between various paces and muscle groups. Though, T's form is terrible, follow Justin on this one. There's little core activation in her case, in the boxing, she's just a wobbly jelly, and planks and push-up's were a pain to watch (tuck this butt!). If those were amateurs, I'd not give a damn but it's 6M followers whom they're giving a bad advice.

Great energy! Justin has great form, but Taylor has poor technique when engaging her rhomboids and upper trapezius to roll her shoulders down and was using her stabilizing leg instead of her obliques at the end to do the side plank dips. May not be the best for people learning form, so watch Justin for technique.
