During the pandemic, I started doing Popsugar Fitness videos. Recently, I've been trying other videos, but your videos seem more geared toward doing the exercises CORRECTLY and SAFELY. I also love that you and the other Popsugar instructors are really POSITIVE people in your attitude and encouraging words. I appreciate you both!!!

I love these LIT videos - better for my foot since sustaining a foot injury - so I mix these up with weights in the gym and tennis so my foot gets a rest from impact exercise

What a wonderful workout. I really liked that each round has variations of the same exercise which makes it more interesting and challenging to do. I hate circuit workouts tbh but will definitely return to this one.

I love the low impact, but high intensity. Great for people that are older and may have joint issues.
