MY FAVORITE KITCHEN TIP: When I have tomato paste left, I put it in heaping TBS dollops on a little saucer and flash freeze them in the freezer, throw them in a sandwich bag. Anytime you need a tablespoon of tomato paste grab it out of your sandwich bag and just throw it in your pot, it'll melt quickly 😉

Hey Mel! I done everything mince fresh garlic. Lol. I gotta have that jarred stuff. Haha. I love recipes from her site. They're always so good. I will try that fajita seasoning. Listen, I got a Dutch oven about 8 months ago or so, and i still can't get it. Things seem to stick so easily. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. It's hard to clean too. I'd just assume use my large skillet. Those brownies look Amazing! Wow! And I want to tell you just how happy I am for your channel. You are doing phenomenal. I enjoyed this one a lot Mel I actually save this one so I can show it to my son and my granddaughters about the 30 minute meals. I like the idea about the chicken breasts. My granddaughter's actually came up with one when they were little that you might like for on top of your salads for lunches or dinners. Make yourself nice salad like you do your regular salads but go ahead and bake four or five or six pizza rolls or one of those cheap packages of burritos put your pizza rolls on top or slice up your burritos over the top add a little salsa with your ranch dressing and you've got the girls called them young lady chef salads. With stuff on them they liked. I found I really liked them too one of those little burritos sliced up on there while it was still warm with a little sour cream and a little salsa and a very nice salad was a real nice meal and the girls really liked the little pizza rolls and just stuck them on top of the salad but dressing on top of everything and just ate the whole thing right up.

I use the garlic in the jar too. One of m y convenience items. I’m still looking for the frozen onions. I do buy the frozen pearl onion. I peeled my own once. That’s all it took to buy the frozen ones. Lol such a time saver.

Hi Mel, I really enjoyed this video; easy, quick & one pan/pot clean up. If y'all like cherry pie filling, I make a box of brownies & pour half into an eight by eight, put some of the cherry pie filling on top, then pour the remaining batter on top of the cherries and bake them. I put any remaining cherries on our slices & "pig out". They are really, really good. Now I have to try your version with the marshmallows. They looked really good too. Take care & God bless.

When you showed your sink and said your dishwasher is full and the struggle is real, I felt I have to reach out to you and tell you you're not alone in the struggle. I'm in the same boat and I understand. For me it's a vicious cycle. Only reason my sink is clean RN is cuz I just emptied and loaded my dishwasher late last night LOL it feels good to have a clean sink but it won't be for long cuz it's getting late so I need to get up and make somethinmg to eat and dirty a pan or two it was good while it lasted. LOL

I'm excited to try the chicken fajita pasta! I've tried the cheeseburger one and I used the shells but yours looked so much better with the penne; I'm thinking I'll use that next time! We always add marshmallows and and pecans to our brownies. It comes out almost like candy. Delicious. I will have to try some of these quick meals. Its too hot to stay in the kitchen long.
