I've been doing this morning routine now for 5 days, I'm finding that I'm slowly getting better and better with my poses and timing. Can't thank you enough for helping out with life changing content such as this! Every time you end your session with "from the light in me, to the light in you" I feel the divine connection of humanity emanating. Again, I want to say THANK YOU ( everyday)
