Exercises can reduce your overall stress and boost your confidence, we are adding one more positive to the mix by boosting your motivation as well! This ride includes endorphin-building pushes and songs to motivate your day so you can reach your full potential! All you need is 30 minutes to get strong, increase your endurance, and motivate your day! I know that it is not always easy to get on your bike for a workout, but when you do you feel so much better! RESISTANCE for my classes
You always want to feel something under your feet, this will ensure you are doing the work, prevent you from bouncing in the saddle, and protect your knees!
6 - Working your way up that hill | Moderately Light
7 - Mid-hill already, you can definitely feel this! | Medium
8 - This is where heavy really starts to kick in | Moderately Heavy
9 - We are really starting to climb now! This is a challenging resistance! | Heavy
10 - Top of your hill! You should be able to keep a smooth pedal stroke. | VERY Heavy

POSITIONS for my classes
1st position: Seated position.
2nd position: Standing with hands at the front of handlebars, also called jogs.
3rd position: Standing with hands at the end of handlebars, also called climbs.
Over the Saddle: 3rd position, hips shifted back slightly and chest over the front of the handlebars.
Jumps: seated to 2nd position.
Freezes: 2nd position, minimizing upper body up and down movement.
Leaps: seated to 3rd position.
The Trio: seated, 2nd, 3rd, 2nd, seated position.
Switchbacks: 3rd to 2nd position.
Tick Tocks: 3rd to over the saddle.
MODIFICATIONS for seated options
2nd position jogs and moves: Stay seated and increase speed a bit, really focus on the pull-up to activate the quadriceps.
3rd position climbs and moves: Stay in the saddle and increase resistance a smidge, really focus on the push-down and pull-up of the pedal stroke to activate the glutes, hamstrings, and quadriceps maximizing power with the heavy resistance.

Thank you for the form talk. I think I had way too much energy with my shoulders up around my ears being wasted I did so much better today I was able to stay with you for probably the first time I did have to take some breaks and pause you because I was working harder in the right way thank you.😊🎉

Thank you for the perfect ride for me! Even though I have been working out with you since 2020, years of bad posture make reminders about form essential for me - when I feel I'm struggling I only have to think shoulders and realise that that's why my breathing is harder 😂. Early on in my rides with you, I remember someone saying they were wearing their shoulders for earrings and I totally got that - I think about it every time I ride 😅. So thank you SO much for this ride - amazing as always 💕

I've been working on meeting and sustaining the RPMs. It's really tough on the jogs and freezes but I'm getting there. The stretch after felt sooooo good! At some point I need to go back and do a ride from 2 years ago to see how far I've come. Thank you for continually bringing it!💗

I so appreciated the motivation and form reminders. What, my hands shouldn't be death clutching the handlebars?! My shoulders shouldn't be up by my ears?! It was great to have the frequent reminders - stronger here (on the bike) so we can be stronger out there (in the world). Spot on workout, thanks K&J!

Wow, I just recently finished the beginner cycling program so I’m really new to intermediate rides and this was my first 30 minute intermediate ride. This was so hard to finish but somehow I did. I did not hit every challenge but I still finished it which feels so good! Thanks Kaleigh for an awesome ride!
