Just the workout I needed. The breaks were very much appreciated and I love that there wasn't a rush to get this workout done. Controlled movements, loved it!

Fantastic workout! I did it twice over a couple weeks and went from 5 to 8 lb weights the second time. My muscles are jelly, but I feel absolutely fantastic. It's not an impossible workout to complete and I loved everyone's attitude. More workouts with Jasmine would be awesome!

These ladies made this workout so uplifting, and fun. It felt like I was one of their friends right there having fun working out, and chatting with them. LOL! Surprisingly even my mind was feeling relaxed; a rarity☺. Glad I found you ladies! Definitely enjoying this workout! It's now my #1 favorite will be sticking to this workout. Thanks ladies, 👍Great work!

Loved this and Jasmine, great workout! One suggestion--it would be really helpful to explain and show the next move during the break. I found myself having to pay attention right as they started to follow along rather than just being able to start it right away. Thanks!

Yes! I noticed that with the other videos. I also wish they would have a longer cooldown, I feel like one and a half minutes isn’t enough!

I really love the new format. Very excited to try this workout!!
This was a good workout but I have some suggestions. Preview the exercise during the rest break so we are ready to begin when the clock starts. Also be a more vocal about the countdowns and the finishings. I continued to work because I did not know you had stopped. Remember when we are exercising we can't always see you so vocal clues are really important.

The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

That warm up was almost as weird as the 20 seconds rest with no description of the next work out lmao. I stand there for 20 seconds and then have to rewind because a butterfly Isn’t an actual move and I have no idea what we’re doing…
@gaelgarciabarchive2 жыл бұрын
I’ve done like 3 workouts on here with this trainer and I think she needs to work on instruction. Use the breaks to demo moves and not just say what the move is called. Remember we don’t know what the next move will be so intro the transition before you do it, or just slow down. Trainers like Raneir Pollard , Kristina Earnest are good at this.
@noemip77282 жыл бұрын
It was okay but I didn’t like that she didn’t explain the next move. I had to watch the move, rewind, and then join.

I love Popsugar fitness, but I have to admit this is not my favorite class. During the 20 sec of rest, she should show the next move and detail the proper form. She rests with you and tells you the names of the next moves, which assumes you know the moves and proper form. This has always occurred in the past, but maybe the program is under new management?
@86Lovin Жыл бұрын
Also, why isn't the clock clearly visible? A white clock on tan floors?
@laurawood26072 жыл бұрын
This was not a strength training without. Rather like aerobics with some weights thrown in. Disappointing
@sonyablythe5373 Жыл бұрын
This is ok once it gets going, but you need to come to it already warmed up. The “warm up” starts with four full minutes of cardio, straight in, no actual warming up at all. Very unsafe.
@lisaasato1062 Жыл бұрын
Way too much talking! I felt like I only worked out half the time; the other half, you were talking. We know how to do the moves!
