Can I recover from cpps? I am just 23 years old, I want to get married but now I just want to suicide
@denizkarabulut98742 ай бұрын
Hi. I want to inform you guys that CPPS is not caused by an infection, but an inflammation in your nerves near your prostate or somewhere in your pelvic floor. It is psychological, neurological and muscular disorder. This causes tightening and shortening of your pelvic muscles. The same as with levator ani syndrome, possibly it appears through an inflammation in arcus tendon inside your pelvic floor. Stress and anxiety, earlier infections and surgery are the root causes. The only thing that worked for me is shockwave therapy and 2 times regularly of pelvic stretches and Kegels every day. I am only 60-70% healed yet with a good progress and instant relief. There is hope guys and keep up the work.

The exercises help but you have to get your nutrition under control. There's a lot of things in our western diets that are very inflammatory to the body. Like sugars specially refined sugars, refined seed oils, you have to as well control your stress levels. Eat plenty of organic greens and take zinc which is important for the prostate. Make sure to work out. Get enough sleep and make sure to get some sun. But a lot of the inflammation in the pelvic area comes from nutrition.
@solomonkain Жыл бұрын
Top advice. I came across the zinc thing just yesterday, and my girlfriend has helped me to change my diet. Western diet sucks. It's poison. No wonder lots of people are ill.

I did these exercises I found on KZbin for free (30 Minute Stretching Routine (FOLLOW ME) - Cure CPPS & Prostatitis) and something weird happened.... For no reason I started crying and I felt great relief with no pain. I have been "blanket diagnosed with bacterial prostatitis" but there was no blood test or fever or chills. I am on the 95% nonbacterial or on the 5% bacterial prostatitis bunch? This problem started 7 days ago and now I am with strong antibiotics feeling just the same or worse. The free KZbin exercise helped me instantly like a miracle. I will get a hold of these doctors and start a program.

Doctor wanted me to do ESTW shock wave therapy but it's expensive in my country , he said I need 6 sessions. For now I will stay with this excercises, thanks alot!

After you do these go into a squat standing or laying down. Whilst belly breathing take both of your thumbs and run them down either side of your groin deep. Start at the top of pubic bone and apply pressure slowly pushing them down to the base of your glute. If you feel any bound up muscle or tension along the way work on it with your thumbs whilst holding a belly breath until it release a little. It might be slightly painful and sore the next few days. Keep at it daily until you cannot feel anything bound up or tense or odd feeling all the way down to your ass. If one side feels different to the other then it's a hint at where you probably have the issue. Doing the stretches in the video everyday plus the above made all my symptoms disappear completely in 3months. Good luck guys!

Hey there the last few weeks I've noticed a vibrating sensation that feels like it's coming from the tip of my penis. It seems to come and go, I'm not sure if it's from a pelvic floor issue or something else, I am going to physical therapy for a regiment of treatment following a motor vehicle accident where I was rear-ended but I did notice this prior to that accident occurring but it seems now it is more prevalent and noticeable when it does occur. I've been drinking a lot of decaf coffee throughout the day and evening and very little water so I'm going to try to up my water intake and decrease some of my coffee intake. Just wondering if you have ever heard of this symptom due to cpps as I've been doing a lot of Internet research and quite a few people are saying it definitely could be related. Please let me know your thoughts. Thank you!
@aidplan25 күн бұрын
Hi @videosandmore5277, thank you for writing. Yes, it could be related. Please also have your lower spine and neck checked. I just want to point out something important: you’re already referring to CPPS, which stands for chronic pelvic pain syndrome. By definition, a chronic condition is one that has persisted for more than three months. Even if you have symptoms related to your genital area, it’s important to approach treatment like you would for a "car accident patient," addressing your back, the entire hip and glute area, as well as the pelvic floor. However, don’t get lost in endless Google searches or trying to find the "perfect" doctor - that can lead to the condition becoming chronic.

Its fine if you are gonna use minimal que, but at least say when to switch legs. Did you actually test your own video as an active participant? If you're on your back looking at the ceiling, without a que, how is someone gonna know when to switch legs if you don't tell them? Won't be watching again. It isn't narrated well, and I don't feel like having to bend my neck to watch the screen. I started with a sore back, and ended with a sore neck because of this. Thanks but no thanks.
