Nothing is wasted! I love this analogy from James Clear in Atomic Habits: ““Imagine that you have an ice cube sitting on the table in front of you. The room is cold and you can see your breath. It is currently twenty-five degrees. Ever so slowly, the room begins to heat up. Twenty-six degrees. Twenty-seven. Twenty-eight. The ice cube is still sitting on the table in front of you. Twenty-nine degrees. Thirty. Thirty-one. Still, nothing has happened. Then, thirty-two degrees. The ice begins to melt. A one-degree shift, seemingly no different from the temperature increases before it, has unlocked a huge change. Breakthrough moments are often the result of many previous actions, which build up the potential required to unleash a major change. Complaining about not achieving success despite working hard is like complaining about an ice cube not melting when you heated it from twenty-five to thirty-one degrees. Your work was not wasted; it is just being stored. All the action happens at thirty-two degrees.” 🙌🏻

It is seriously such a nice feeling to get a workout done before work. So when I come home, I can go for a walk, I can relax, I can play a video game, read a book, do a stretching video, and I don’t have to have that little voice in the back of my head “GET YOUR WORKOUT DONE!” Haha :) (Ps - I also love I can do these workouts even with a bad meniscus tear. I need 2 knee surgeries and I can still do these workouts. Thanks for low impact!)

I've been working out with Sydney for 6 months and in the past month, I've lost a bit of motivation (not dedication, but motivation). I still show-up, but I don't have much energy. TODAY, though, I found it! I crushed it! I was so out of breath, but kept pushing. So grateful for Sydney, showing up everyday, regardless of my motivation that day.

My endurance is so much higher, 9 months ago I was always taking pre-workout before doing your workouts and for the past month I have cut that out, just to see if I could and I CRUSHED it. I still take pre-workout when I am exhausted but it is exciting to see how far my body has come. Thank you SO much Sydney, much love, stay safe and healthy everyone

WHOA!! I burned 234 calories in 30 minutes! It normally takes 45 or 50 minutes for me to burn that much. This was intense, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the tabata style. I find the tabata workouts easier to "digest" because they're broken up into "smaller bites". Thanks, Sydney and Dustin! That was a great workout!!

I'm finally doing a workout I've never done before. Yay! This was tough in a great way. The glute raises were the hardest for me. The balance required was tough, but I got it by the second round. My cardio has definitely improved because I was able to maintain my intensity throughout the workout. Breathing was key. I'm glad Sydney emphasized that at the beginning. I even had energy at the end to tack on a 15 minute full body weight workout from Sydney. Today was a great day!
