After 2 days of this horrible heatwave in the UK I’m back! So happy to be back for this workout, I used to hate upper body workouts and now I managed to do 10 pushups in 30 secs! So proud of myself and everyone here today ❤️🫶🏻

Today's workout made me realise I desperately need to buy heavier dumbells #gettingstronger !!! I've always loved to workout out I just never did it because it felt like such a chore to get up and moving until like mid workout when it started to feel good. I was going a couple times a week to the gym this summer but when the gyms closed in September I stopped working out. Since I got quarantined in mid October, I've been really strong doing these every single day and it's becoming a part of my day that I look forward to the most! It motivates me to eat healthier, inspires me to cook delicious and nutritious meals and go to bed earlier so I feel replenished the next day. The way I look at myself is also changing, even though my body hasn't changed much, I'm starting to not mind at all how it is now and kind of liking it! I have never felt this healthy my entire life, so thank you!

I'm proud of my strength. Pushed as heavy as I could today and was able to 35lb rows. I was able to get a few rounds of 40lb chest presses but dropped down to 35s. The new under the belly row pull throughs were my favorite move today. Happy Hump Day.

I used to always think that my arms just couldn't be strong and I didn't have it in me to do full push ups or lift weights BUT with your workouts I have proved myself wrong! Upper body workouts have become some of my fav workouts and I did 12 full pushups each time in the first part of the workout! THANK YOU for all you do Sydney!

Yesterday this workout was posted a little bit later. So yesterday I did a 3 mile walk. I did this workout today along with a 30 minute boosted walk. I feel good and strong. Loving these July 2022 workouts. Has me guessing what the workout is going to be. Although I have done this workout before but it still feels new. Woah! A year later i am definitely seeing progress. I used to gage my weight by going 5lbs below whatever Sydney did. Now I’m pushing to match or go above her weight. In addition my lats are 🔥 . I’ve finally made that back muscle connection. Love you Syd, Dus, Ari, Moxie and team!!!

A couple days ago you said: You don't want to be the two steps forward then one step back kind of person.....you want to take two steps forward then two more steps forward.(in your workout, nutrition, hydration, sleep) That really hit home for me!! I need to stop doing those things that set me back a step! Also you said: Do things after the workout that say I care about myself!❤️ This too!! Thanks for the awesome workouts and advice!!

Anybody else just BEGGING Sydney to drop her arms during the first stretch?!?! Like DANG I feel SO strong, yet SO weak, haha. Figured out why my shoulder was hurting, my husband watched my form and during rows on the left side (my weaker side) I was shrugging a bit and using my shoulder to compensate. Fixed that and man, what a difference. Thanks again for all you do. Much love, stay safe and healthy everyone

Loved the focus on the back and chest in this upper body workout. And the uplifting words from Sydney at the end as always. Success is not just about "scale victories" or "clothing size victories." It is also about mental strength, and pushing harder and further than you believed you could.

Hey Sydey! As someone with tendonitis and bad posture, this is a good workout for me. I have done many sessions of occupational therapy with my wrists, and my therapists always said that wrist stretches should be active and not passive -- so instead of relaxing one hand and pulling it with the other, they would have me hold out my arm, flex, and then move my wrist around in a circle, and bend it back and forth. Just a suggestion: to help your viewers prevent injury, maybe have them try active stretches in their wrists. Thank you for all you do! I love your workouts!

Just finished the workout. I did the pushups on my toes!!!!! I was singing with the song in the background ..just changed the lyrics ..you are my trainer Sydney and you have changed my life. Sydney I did your 30 minutes deep stretch after the workout and feel so good and relaxed. Thanks Sydney as always with your wonderful workouts and motivational words.

I missed Tuesdays workout, yesterday I did Tuesdays to get caught up😋 today im doing yesterdays workout, tomorrow I'm doing today's workout, and finally on Sunday I'm doing Fridays workout! Made it to my cool down! Alright Alright Alright 🤙🏼. I don’t have the heavy dumbbells for chest press so I just continue with push-ups! I can make it tougher by doing decline push-ups. Thanks Coach SC👍🏻🏋🏻♂️❤️
