Dear Schellea as an 80 year old I need to keep on moving and just love working out with you the knees and hips are playing up so it is low impact star jump for me. from now on just did your new hit and a 30 min workout and feel great so thank you and like you said see you tomorrow! So happy to find this video. I am 80 years young and exercise at home. I can't wait to add this to my agenda. I take a thyroid pill when I wake in the morning and wait for one hour to eat breakfast. I will start this walk video after my Scripture Rosary on KZbin and the walk will be perfect for circulation, balance, and flexibility. Aging can be so refreshing when you take care of your body and your soul. Meet y'all in my home gym.

I was wondering if you have experienced bone loss being on thyroid med? I believe that’s what happening to me.

@msscorpio3889 I'm on thyroid meds but only the lowest dose. I tripped twice last year and had no broken bones. I try to go for a long walk every day. I take vit d3 + k3 and magnesium citrate to help me sleep and that's it. If you are really worried you should talk to your doctor.

This is my new favorite! Would love for u to do a 30 minute workout with the warm up and cool down included. I do your 5 minute ones but on those rush days would love to have an all-in-one ......go to ....one. Thank you for the hard work that u put in for all of us❤

I agree, i love my 30 minutes in the mornings but not alway can dedicate more without being late to work or cutting more into my sleep. Warm up and stretch additions built-in will be nice.

Hi this was great 54 years old with a mild cerebral palsy and I could do this if not as nice as you but I did it!!! thank you Life is so much better after that I'm already subscribed but I will now find more of your workouts for bad weather days. And I like the music I'll be back.!!

I like it but I stay with your old one. I worked out with you for 2 and half years every day with pleasure and lost 40 lbs. Now I just maintain my weight. I still love all old exercises. They are more cozy, and I feel like you are exercising with me in a hommy atmosphere. Something about your new place is cold and strange for me. I can't relax, and I get funny feelings (creepy). Something is missing there, I see it, I feel it. Even music is not making me comfortable. Probably it is something wrong with me, but it is how I feel about it. Thank you for your wonderful work. 🎉🎉🎉 ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS !!! I've been doing your workouts for years and love them soooo much !! I lost 20 pounds ( phew, not easy in the 50s). I started jogging again, which caused a ton of painful injuries ...I got depressed and ate like it and gained 20 back...So here I am again. This vid makes me feel like I can get healthy again and stay that way. I realize my joints need low impact, and this is perfect for me. I got nice and sweaty but my my joints don't hurt. These vid has great ballerina positioning to protect knees and joints. I love you Shelly, you always look so beautiful ! I LOVED the music in this ! The first song had me in tears and my lil dog was running around me too. Fabulous vid ! I can't wait to do it again tomorrow. Thank you beautiful Shelly 💐🌼💐💗💐

Better! My daughter (38 yrs) & granddaughter (4 yrs) living in Texas and did this workout earlier today. I’m the Mom & Grandma (65 yrs) living in Oregon and just completed EVERY move in this workout! Thank you for all of your excellent videos!

Thank YOU, thank you, thank you for doing these work outs. I'm 54 and overweight. I've had 2 knee replacements and one of them went poorly. I can do these work outs without hurting my bad knee worse. I still get my heart rate up and believe I'm strengthening some muscles too. I can't thank you enough!!! : )

I just finished my fabulous fifties for today. I have gone from 436 pounds to 309 and counting. I cannot thank you enough Schellea , for the motivation. I do still get hungry at night though. This is definitely a lifestyle. Mauro .

I used to be childcare provider, chased two year old children. Now I am retired. ❤First time doing this, I worked up a sweat! My medications make me tired, not sleepy and give me heartburn. I feel like this can give me a workout and not be lazy. I’ll be 59 soon.❤️

I am 82 and have been doing your exercises for two years at least three times a week. I look forward to your pretty face and smile and encouragement motivating me to continue. I feel pride when I am able to follow you and to keep up. I love the way you alternate exercise and walking. Though I don’t expect miracles, I do find that I feel stronger and more energized after each program. I usually start with stretching and then select which exercises to do from your large repertoire. Thank you for all that you do to help in our aging process. The only exercises that I have difficulty with deals with shoulder movements, but I do what I am able to.

Just discovered you 2 weeks ago. Been doing your workouts for the 2 weeks. I’m 55 with 1 year of healing from total knee replacement. This helps with coordination and balance. I’m a forever fan and follower now. ❤❤❤

Im Also a vegan and as soon as I turned 60 I developed the daily exercising habit. We are as old as we want to be and you make me feel 20 with the music your smile and the whole nine yards it’s just so “fabulous”. My Hubby thanks you too 🥂

I'm so glad I found your channel and especially your 30 minutes walking exercises! I'm 54 and I find your workouts ideal, active enough to for me to manage while being challenged, but not so vigorous as to leave me exhausted, a perfect balance really. I've only been doing them for a couple of weeks now but I'm already starting to feel fitter and toned, I can't wait to see where I'll be in a few months! But best of all, I do your workout soon after I get up in the morning, and I'm feeling great, so energized and motivated as I go ahead with the rest of my day! Thank you! ☺🧡

Hi Shelly, I am a (just) retired 66 years young getting back into shape and filling my time with "stuff" I have not had the time to commit to previously. I just finished this work out for the third time this week and looking to get up to 5 times a week before progressing to harder workout. Really enjoying the music too.

Recovering from back surgery and I'm so out of shape. I absolutely love these walking workouts that you do. You help me ease back into exercising, while at the same time challenging every muscle in my body. I especially love that I can focus on my core without having to do sit-ups that I'm no longer allowed to do. Thank you thank you

Just needed to add…. Over a year ago when all I could do was a 15 minute work out with you, you were just as encouraging and positive and you are now that I workout with you normally 6 days a week for about an hour each day❤ I pray that you’re as blessed as you bless us!! Love you Schellea ❤

I broke my leg and missed working out! So when the doctor said I could start my routine, I went for it! 10 mins yesterday. 30 today. Used to be lady farmer. :) Now it's just Cindy! 😊

I’m 62 and did two hours on the rebounder. That’s right I’m still bouncing 😁. Seriously who knew that by doing a mini bounce, I mean that your feet don’t even leave the matt, you simply concentrate on keeping your legs, abs, glutes flexed the entire time. The way this works your muscles is astonishing. Really really good stuff. This video by Schellea is perfect on the mini trampoline. My morning is off to a great start. 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻 thank you Schellea ❤

Watched 2 of your 15 min videos this week for the first time. Got my 74 year body out of bed this Sat morning and felt the need to exercise. Put on this video and realized it's 30 mins. Got it done. YEAH! A new workout to add to my Fabulous 50's rotation. Schellea, I always look forward to trying one of your new routines. I really enjoyed sharing this 30 minutes of ME time with YOU. Yes, I do definitely Feel Better Now. It's a challenge at times to make myself exercise. Once I make up mine mind and get started, I notice the positve effects of being engaged in something that will help to keep me moving, active and fit at 65 and beyond. Ok now I know why Fabulous is the title of your show. That workout was fabulous. I’ve been on your team for years and this is going to be in my top 5 of your routines. Your 30 minute workouts are my weekend go to workouts. I also incorporate your 5 - 10 minute workouts in during my work day (work at home) to energize in the morning and afternoon. No longer need my afternoon tea.

I’m SO excited 😆 Schellea for this new walking video. 30 minutes it’s perfect, with all low impact moves and high impact in a little screen on screen shot for the times you want to kick it up a notch 🙂. This video was perfect for me today to add behind our long walk day with our dog, which is kind of a slow funeral procession pace 😉 that is until we hit the returning home mark, at which point he starts dreaming of his egg 😆. I CHALLENGED my friends on Facebook, who may have not exercised in a while and are gifted with a body that can move, to pull up this video on their smart tv through KZbin. I hope they give it a go 😀💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻 Schellea you are a real sweetheart and fun exercise instructor ❤️ thank you.
