Para trabajar la barriga, te recomiendo hacer ejercicios como abdominales, planchas, crunches y ejercicios de torsión como el twist ruso. Мы рекомендуем делать упражнения в течение 20-25 минут и обязательно с учетом своих физических возможностей. Постепенно увеличивай
