@@body-now Hmmm… I hadn't thought of that. Full back, I guess. And posture improving. Also, my husband said a good workout schedule is two days a week back and biceps, then chest and triceps, then legs and core, then one day of rest. It would be great to have workouts that target those areas combined that are all sitting or all standing or all lying down.
