That sounds like an intense challenge! I can barely do 10 push-ups, so 300 per day for 30 days is too hard for me to even try. Good luck!

Keep going bro. slow improvement is the key. You will initially find a difficult but eventually get there keep going you can do it Back in 9th Grade I remember being made fun of by my fellow classmates because I was barely able to do 5 push ups in the classroom during lunch break. Today I can bet my life that none of those who laughed at me will be able to compete with me on a fitness level. So never give up.

I use this video once a week and still laugh at the end of it after being destroyed, and watching you on the floor suffering too with me hahahaha. Of course I make pauses but still finish dead lol. This is still one of the most brutal videos for the trainer making them I have watched on youtube. I THANK you for your hard work you make for us, Rowan.

Great challenge but i am perplexed. Doing 300 pushups every day for 30 days is high volume? Will this create muscle imbalances and contibute to overtraining?How many days per week do you recommend doing this?What about back,shoulders,legs,arms, etc.I like highvolume calesthenics but does create more endurance or muscle building.
