I am a woman with RA, and I do this workout. I definitely modify some moves because of the damage in my hands and wrists, but for the most part the resistence is what I need. Do you have a modified version of this, with easier or modified movements for woman who just can't use their hands the way you do? Thanks! I've been doing this for about a week now and I see a difference!

Searched all over youtube, watched a dozen videos and this is the only one that is doable and effective. I love the calm music and voice over. Others are too overwhelming and scream a lot. Keep up the good work.

This is one of my favorite workouts for early mornings, because it's under 40 minutes, works all parts of your body, and Marisa is quiet and soothing. A fantastic way to start the day. Beautiful setting and lots of challenging moves.

This. Is. EXCELLENT! Thank you so much! I haven't done a proper full body work out in months cause life, and this was just what I needed. Got me to the point of feeling the burn, sweating a little but I managed to do it all! :) For everyone who is associating working out to losing weight: DON'T, DON'T, DON'T! Enjoy your work out and take a deep breath feeling how GOOD you feel after a good exercise! Weight loss will come on its own :) go go go!

just finished the whole thing! ive done this workout a few times but i have never done the whole thing all at once and wow my body looks so different. Keep up the good work people it gets easier as you go!

This is one of my go to workout videos. I love that she is so calm and the whole ambience of the video is very peaceful. I don't like people screaming at me when I workout. The flow of the workout is great and consistent. I recently got back into getting into shape so it was easy enough for me to follow yet it still challenged me. Thank you for this video!

Great workout! I loved the calm music for a morning routine since it kept me calm and not rushed. Loved the voice over and explaining which muscles we're targeting. It'd be helpful to know when we're changing positions though. Still, this is going to be my new "go-to". Thanks!

I'm overweight and found this to be challenging yet doable. I love on a second floor apartment so jumping is not an option for me, unless I want to mortify the downstair neighbors thinking there is an earthquake! This is a really good workout and will be using this on days I can't make it to the gym :)

I pulled through most of the exercises (of some I could only manage 5) and want to do it every day until I can go thorugh as easily as her. This is a nice workout alternating between harder and easier exercises, love it!

reading all these comments, im glad im not the only one who stopped before this vid was over, but it seems like a really good workout, im sweating buckets and stopped at 24 minutes. it seems like if i keep at it it will help me a lot!

Thank you for uploading this! I started exercising again after a long break ( was on a 1200 cal diet and simply got lazy). I finally reached my goal weight but I decided to tone my body. I was only able to go as far as the 14 min mark before my knees gave out completely. I really hope to strengthen them up soon because I want to be able to do the full workout. Thank you again!

OMG !!! I finished it without pausing the video. This is an amazing workout it really stretches all those muscles. Although the pigeon pose at the end was tricky. Great

Hi Merisa I have been doing this workout on and off, since a long time now. One thing I understood is this workout is like a old wine which gets better with time (the more you do it). I did all forms of workouts like weights, hiit but this is one of the best workout. Now in home quarantine, where I was not able to do other forms I came back to this once again and definitely in 3 days am back to my toned body. I love the pace of this workout and your voice 🥰

Though decades ago I ran marathons, my motivation to exercise drastically lessened over the years. I'm not a gym or class kind of person, so I finally turned to KZbin and found this great routine for when I can't push myself to run or walk. The warm-up exercises are such that I can stick with it. It gets my heart rate up, and the movements aren't anything I'd do on my own. (I like the low-key sound track.) I can even do this routine in my office if need be. As for the stretches, I do some I can actually manage. Over time the routine does get easier. I feel great afterwards! It's fun to see other folks who view this.

I like this video so much I found it yesterday and already completed it twice. I can really feel it works all the problem areas and on the top of that greatly involves my core muscles so it helped ease my back stiffness! Thank you so much for sharing this! I am a full-time student who can't afford a gym membership and, while I lived close to campus with a free gym, didn't have the first clue as to how to effectively workout without hurting myself. I am also quitting smoking and your workout is going to be my replacement therapy when I feel "the urge" (even if partially for now so I don't over-do it). I have a long road to travel towards the land of fitness, but I feel your video is exactly what I needed to find (I've watched many and this is the first overall that targets EVERY aspect I need to work on). Thanks again!

This is an amazing workout! I absolutely loved it! I'm a dancer with a bit of training (3 yrs) and this is definitely a good workout for a beginner dancer. I'm going to do a weekly update for 3 weeks or more! The end stretches were soo cooling and relaxing. Best workout video I've tried so far

GymRa Thanks you for creating this video. This is my first year away at college and I am really trying to fight the Freshman 15. I'm not in great shape life I was, but I am working really hard to get back there and this workout is really great for where I am at, especially since I have asthma. This is a great beginner workout and I can't wait to be able to make it look as easy as you do! Awesome video!

I like this.The moves at end like the sideways plank are really hard for a beginner, but I guess it will just take more time! I like the workout overall!

+GymRa I was able to get to 15 minutes before my body just gave out. I had to take breaks around 6 minutes and 10-12 minutes in. My legs just couldn't support me anymore. I'm 5'7'' and weight 178, i'm trying to get down to 150. Previous to this workout, I live a very sedentary lifestyle. I don't know why I'm telling you this.

Perfect for me . I gained a little weight or my muscles turned into fat from lack of exercise and lack of meats and other healthy foods ....... I did this whole work out it was tough !!! But if I start something I see to it I finish so it was great work out for beginners thank you

I haven't exercise more than a year and gain lots of pounds, after I finish this exercises I was sweating like I used to in the gym. Love this workout, thanks for sharing! :)

Wow she achieved the workout effortlessly! I was sweating and needed a break 10 minutes into it! It was definitely a challenge I will be doing it again real soon.
