Thank you Anna! I love your workouts and have been doing them for years. This one was no exception to the rule with one tiny silly issue for me: that song at the 15-20% mark (workout reference) was so annoying and distracting that I had to mute the video ^^ I still loved this workout, the strength vs cardio ratio was great! Thanks for this one Anna! I’ll do this after my eye appointment. I’ve decided not to go through the Eylea injections in that right eye. Simply too invasive and my eyes have both been through years of way, way too much. Looking forward to this workout after the appointment. ❤❤❤

Loved this one! I work out from my phone and those few extra seconds between make a big difference! I felt like I was able to focus on my form more for a better workout rather than rushing into the next stance! I see the value in the 10 second pause between, but having more was a welcomed change!
