You are so right that weight is just a number. Too many people get caught up in having a bad day if that number isn't what they want. I stopped weighing myself daily years ago. It made a huge difference in the way I approached my day.

Thank you for the advice Michelle. I'm always tempted to keep going, and despite my conditioning, it drains me in ways that are aggravating bc of the stage I'm in. You seem impervious though and it makes me think I'm doing something wrong. Using hrt but i don't know if there's a magic dose for me and afraid to go higher. I digress. QUESTION: Do you use l- glutathione in combo with creatinine?
