Here in this lecture the temporal dimension ("fourth dimension") is coming after the third dimension. But the dimension of time is there When you move from 0-D to 1-D, from 1-D to 2-D etc....when there is a change, say from a point to a line, then time necessarily has to come. So introducing time as the fourth dimension is good when you are studying about only events in 3D World.. so passage of time is required to move from 0-D to 1-D, 1-D to 2-D etc..... time required to watch a computer screen....
