Follow along with Michelle as we work through your finger stiffness in the morning with these 4 hand exercises.
Best of all, we'll do active movements to the small joints on all the fingers together, instead of working one finger at a time.
We will do 10 repetitions of these 4 exercises- DIP blocking, PIP blocking, MP blocking, and Tendon Glides. Simply replay the video to do the exercises on your other hand. And no equipment is needed!
Please comment below to let me, and others, know if this real time hand routine decreased your finger stiffness in the morning.
