Follow along with Michelle as we work through your finger stiffness in the morning with these 4 hand exercises.
Best of all, we'll do active movements to the small joints on all the fingers together, instead of working one finger at a time.
We will do 10 repetitions of these 4 exercises- DIP blocking, PIP blocking, MP blocking, and Tendon Glides. Simply replay the video to do the exercises on your other hand. And no equipment is needed!

Thank you Michelle!! You are my 7 day a week rehab coach on my journey coming back from index finger reattachment 👍 my goal? 1% better everyday… I’ve added some exercises of my own… I play scales on the piano and use a hair claw as a finger exerciser machine😆

Excellent video … thanks. This will help with my recovery from fractured 3rd and 4th metacarpals (bicycle crash 3 months ago). Healing the fractures over six weeks in a cast was child’s play compared to the stiffness and nerve pain which I never saw coming. I hope the physio actually will get me back to 100%!

Can't thank you enough, Michelle. Considered an operation on the ring finger A1 pulley to cure trigger finger but these exercises make it unnecessary
