Another excellent Vlog. Thanks to your hard work and excellent posts my wife and I are off on a road trip and are driving from Edinburgh to the Dolomites in June 2020 for some trad climbing And hopefully some alpine hikes at Zugspitze on the way home. Thanks for showing us these vlogs. There so inspiring.

Thank you so much, Andy! Have you been to the Dolomites before? It is amazing! And it is loading with great routes! 😄 I have not hiked the Zugspitze, but I have heard it is beautiful too 😄

Hi Cragcloud. This will be our first time in the Dolomites ever. We are not expert climbers but feel confident that we will find good routes for us. Thanks to your Vlogs👍

@@Cragcloud I climb 6b my wife leads comfortably at 4/5 We are going to buy a guide book. Do you have any that you would recommend?

You should get the one from Rockfax. It features the biggest areas and all the classics. There are loads of good climbs in that range at Cinque Torri sand Delago Towers 😄

Thank you for suggestion that ice climbing route too, Bojan Novak 😄 We actually considered climbing Pissadù too, but didn’t have enough time. It looks really cool though 😄

Thanks! You are very welcome, Marcin Chyla 😄 I am actually not quite sure, but I know much in Austria and Cogne is looking to be conditions (or be very soon) and the season has started a bit earlier than last year 😄

Can you recommend some alpine winter mountainiering routes for beginners somewhere around Innsbruck(like Stubai or Ötz/Pitztal)? Did plenty in the summer, but winter is new to me. Sadly my ski skills are too bad for skitouring. Wanna go there in 3 weeks and try out my new Quarks!

I haven’t actually been doing much alpine climbing around those valleys, but I know Wildspitze should have a few routes. Otherwise check out Großglockner near Salzburg. There are plenty of routes there and it is the highest peak in Austria. If you have looking for dedicated ice climbing then there are loads in Stubaital, Ötztal and Pitztal. Maybe you should check out the Kitzgartenslucht in Pitztal. It is single pitches and then a few 2-3 pitches routes too, but it is great for beginners 😄

I love your content, but you could experiment with video format. Right now it takes you 1:30 minute to summarize 6 minute video - please don't - video title and image snapshot should do this! As a climber i like watching climbing and mountains! I think voice over and climbing shots would do sooo~ much better than breaking every 10 seconds with face :).

Thank you for the feedback, tath! I really appreciate it. I am trying to improve all the time, and you are right, sometimes there are too many breaks...I will be careful about that 😄
