I would like to post a comment under each and every one of your workouts that I've done, and I'm working up to doing them all :) It's just that... on the one hand, I'd hate to be that one commentator you see under every video a given channel uploads, and on the other, I would want to do everything I can to boost your algorithm (I believe you were recommended to me by YT because I'm subscribed to Coach Kel), because your channel is, in my opinion of course, criminally underrated! I've seen and done your workouts that are 4 years old (!), and have aged very well. Also, I want to let you know how much I enjoy working out with you, how I appreciate your teaching style and overall how your videos are done, in my comments. It's a dilemma :) On a more serious note, I think you are one of the top tier teachers out there. I'd want to try to move some things around and make it to your online pilates classes (if I've calculated correctly the time difference and the option of me attending them being possible), although I have some questions, or rather, A question, about that. I know this post has turned into a blogpost already, lol, but I have a question regarding this workout too. It's about my inability to do the stradle-split, if I remember correctly how it's called. When you are on your hands, jump and split your legs in the air. My excuse is that my flat is too small, furnature everywhere and me being tall with long legs hahah, but I seriously feel I couldn't do it if I had all the space. Any advice you could give me on that? There are other excercises in this workout that were really hard for me, but I was able to do them after several tries. Anyway, I apologise for the longest post (or any spelling or grammar mistakes I've made, English is my second language) and I'm so thankfull in advance for your potential reply. I really hope your channel blows up, Desireé (hope I spelled your name correctly this time, sorry for the previously wrong one) :) because it's SUCH a *rich* library of amazing workout routines!

Yes thank you for considering your followers comments, however I am good with your repeat and no repeat workouts. They all work the body and are good for my heart and health and I love them all! We need diversity in our workouts I think. For some reason the repeat HIIT's make us think it's harder, it's a plesebo effect thing I think, but it's so goood!!! Anyway, much respect to you for addressing all your comments about calorie burn etc, when we all know so much more goes into getting into shape and losing weight and all that is up to the person! You gotta take responsibility in many aspects of your life to achieve what you want. You gently and respectfully address this point at the beginning, a ballerina's ladylike approach and it helps make you a great teacher and helps people want to follow you. Oh and this HIIT is fantastic! Didn't expect anything less than :)

as a 67 yr old with arthritis in my back and knees it is pretty hard to "get up" from the floor gracefully (or in under 10 seconds). BUT- i love your workouts and just modify my way through, adding in crunches or more knee lifts. Thank you for motivating us.

I’ve done this workout quite a few times now and have struggled with the reverse plank and touching opposite toes so much! I just could not manage to stay balanced and kept falling over haha but today is the 1st time I’ve made it through each rep without falling lol 💪 I just had to keep at it and not give up

I’ll keep that in mind…but remember the breath should work WITH you and not against you. There are set breathing patterns to specific Pilates movements but everyone is different and so I find even some of those patterns don’t feel “organic” to me. As long as you are breathing…that’s what matters. Try to allow yourself to breathe naturally so you can find what works for you! 🥰💖👍🏼

Caloric burn will be different for everyone based on many factors. You can amp up your caloric burn by trying to move faster without compromising your form and control…you could also add more resistance by putting on some wrist and ankle weights. 🥰💖💪🏼

More to come…in the meantime, I suggest (if you don’t already have them) getting some ankle and wrist weights! They amp up any and all workouts quite a bit! 🥰💖💪🏼

I really loved this. The only one I struggled with was the side plank. It hurts my wrists so much. Do you have any suggestions for an alternative?

If straight arm planks bother your wrists, you can modify by making them forearm planks and then your wrists will be happier! 🥰💕
