I love it! Kathrin, das war eine mega Idee, so ein Workout zu kreieren. Ich weiß, wie sinnvoll Pilates ist, aber irgendwie zieht es mich dann doch zu den Gewichten. Bei diesem Workout habe ich nichts vermisst. Und der HIIT Teil war echt der Burner. Gern mehr davon! 💖🙏

Hab grad eben das erste Mal eins deiner Workouts ausprobiert. Bin total begeistert. I felt a beautiful relief during the Pilates exercises, my body pain disappeared because of yesterday's exercises, then the HIIT exercises raised the pulse to 170, and wow, a strong combination, you are a strong person 💪🏻💪🏻👍🏻 I wish I could be as strong as you 🫶🏻

Thanks so much for this workout so needed going through closing of business to retire so excited for the future adead but physical not looking after myself the say 2 months so my mental wellness has fallen abit so I know my formula what works is movement daily and to start my journey in self reflection. 55 years young the future is bright and full of endless possibilities. Remember we are only visiting here on Earth so lets make how time here a memorable one. Remember the earth will still spin if we are here or not its what we do here that echoes through eternity. I don't usually do the pilates workouts but today I felt like my body could use a change. I definitely enjoyed it and feel like I got an excellent workout! I'll be incorporating these into my weekly routines going forward and will take a look at the app next week when I'm on vacation. Also, first time I've been able to bang out the 180 degree burpees to completion.🔥💥💥💥💥🔥

Great pilates workout. Love slow then hiit fast pace. Made it extra spicy with booty band light weights. Also a trained dancer in my younger years but still can move you never loose you just need to incorporate variety of different workouts just makes in fun. Thanks champ for another great workout.😊❤

I did this yesterday and loved how it built up slowly from hold/slow movements to a HIIT. For some reason, the audio was not clear at my end in this video, but still I enjoyed the workout
