Amazing 👏 flows were so well arranged that I kept the booty band on all the first half part. Did with kettlebells and high bench. Thank you Vera 👏 😊

love this workout...I'm not a big fan of lower body because of my knees but this one killed it... sweat running down my back and everywhere. Thank you Vera... looking forward to more of your workouts after this challenge

Great job!! But please never compare to my weights - it’ll only stall your progress. Filming a workout vs doing a workout are very different. Focus on challenging you 💪

Vera Vera I loved loved this workout ✅👍🏾I think the TRI SETs is my favourite format. I was able to use my heaviest weights 35 LB for most all of the exercises. I was dripping in sweat at the end. Once again you great content Vera. Thank you 👍🏾😊. One more go to go for me tomorrow!

@@VeraLaRo I sure will- it's 96 degrees where I live. Thank you! I'm so glad but also sad that I've almost reached the end of the 12 week summer strong- will have to look for my next challenge. Took me 12 weeks but now I can do a one legged squat!

Love this workout. Thank you for sharing. Quick question: I noticed when I was doing an upper body workout with you, when performing the chest press you extend your legs straight out as opposed to bending at the knees. Does this work the abs a little more or is this just your preference? Loving all your videos ❤️

Damn that was hot, spicy and fire all in one. My legs were shaking during lunges and I though ok this is it she really hates me lol. And then we were done and time for the cool down. You make it so easy to follow along and you say so much without speaking a word during the workout. I love this one just as much as I love the other 58 other killer workouts in this 12 week strong summer. I am so sad for tomorrow but so excited because I love and look forward to seeing your workouts. From the bottom of my heart thank you Vera.

This hurt my legs but not my feelings. Is there a trainer out there that yells negative shit at you so i can even out the pain? But yeah, great work out. I'm sure my buns will be perfect for bikini weather
