Great job!! But please never compare to my weights - it’ll only stall your progress. Filming a workout vs doing a workout are very different. Focus on challenging you 💪

Vera Vera I loved loved this workout ✅👍🏾I think the TRI SETs is my favourite format. I was able to use my heaviest weights 35 LB for most all of the exercises. I was dripping in sweat at the end. Once again you great content Vera. Thank you 👍🏾😊. One more go to go for me tomorrow!

Quick question: I noticed when I was doing an upper body workout with you, when performing the chest press you extend your legs straight out as opposed to bending at the knees. Does this work the abs a little more or is this just your preference? Loving all your videos ❤️

Damn that was hot, spicy and fire all in one. My legs were shaking during lunges and I though ok this is it she really hates me lol. And then we were done and time for the cool down. You make it so easy to follow along and you say so much without speaking a word during the workout. I love this one just as much as I love the other 58 other killer workouts in this 12 week strong summer. I am so sad for tomorrow but so excited because I love and look forward to seeing your workouts. From the bottom of my heart thank you Vera.

Haha! I think there are plenty of trainers who yell! But I personally wouldn’t be able to talk during my workouts as they are too challenging for me.
