Phew🥵 I took your advice and did this outside in the sunshine thou a day late👍 first time I’ve actually sweated🙄🔥was a brilliant all round workout which I made harder by not resting in between curls or leg lifts! Loved the welcome figure of 4 stretches and twists to finish. Thank you Jacinta🙏👌

First workout after getting back on track after a cold. I was sweaaaating (although it's also very humid outside which makes the sweat 10x intense lol). I love how it worked through many different muscle groups! Just what I needed after being sedentary for over a week

so my husband strapped our 2 and 4kg dumbells together, which left me no choice but to use them ...but then figured I could use my bar for lighter weights- that was tough, tough, tough-but absolutely loved it
