I love your teaching soooo much! Just did this practice after reviving from a terrible stomach flu and while I’m still feeling super weak, I’m also proud to be able to do this with you. I tried my best but of course some poses were still unavailable to me. Staying kind to my body and so happy to have you as a teacher! I know you would be proud of me!🥰

I needed this! I haven’t done flows like this… the basics .. in a long time. Idk if would’ve liked this is if I hadn’t started by learning a b and c. This type of class got me into shape very quickly - I appreciate the, “I know what’s coming so I can focus on my form and breath. I also love the, “keep up with me” pace of yoga asana. I did wheeI on both sides exactly as you did (!!!) I hadn’t done a gymnast bridge (wheel-ish) in maybe 20-25 years.

Hi I just wanted to know if we can do different yoga routines every day? Or should I stick onto a single routine and follow a single video every day? Also, can u please tell is it okey to do power yoga every other day.

Hello YES it's great to practice different routines and you candy power yoga as much as you like. I think variety is key so you continue to learn new things and challenge yourself x

You need to do different ones everyday otherwise you will plateau very quickly and no video has every pose, position stretch… combination… I recommend 100% against doing the same routine often. I do this power yoga anytime I feel crabby or not motivated because this is an absolute bare bones straightforward classic. This is what I learned on- this basic style. And this one makes me feel comfortable in my mind but challenged in my body
