After Saturday's workout, I've realized that just because the workout is short doesn't mean it's easy. Sydney doesn't play when it comes to her workouts

You know you've been working out with Sydney for a while when she starts counting down the last seconds of an exercise and you hear her voice in your head saying, "One more"...and you actually do it. :)

I am proud to be still doing this at 69. Not sure I will be challenging myself with a long distance when I swim later but I thought I would not enjoy the workout before I did it but I didi ! . great start to the week.

Thank you Sydney and Dustin for not editing out when you make a small mistake. Seeing you misstep while jumping rope reminds me that it’s okay to make mistakes. You can make mistakes and still be a total beast! You both are awesome! Thanks for all that you both do.

Yes! It helps me to mentally prepare myself, especially if there is an exercise that is not my favorite. I try to psych myself up like girl you can do this. Meanwhile I say no and Sydney is like you got this and yes you are good LOL

Finish day 43 n i crushed it ‼️‼️‼️..i take rest 2 days ago n now i coming back with stronger..still can't believe myself that i can use my 40kg dumbbell for shoulders press..😊😊.. this is so amazing n i feel like more fit n toned..thanks Sydney..💕💕

💪🏼 This was PERFECT! Really enjoyed the session earlier. A proper full body workout with great compound and isolation moves and ample rest periods to recover. Great music choices and brilliant high energy vibe from Sydney throughout 🎉

I am proud of my body and working out even though my right arm is still recovering from surgery. I am grateful to all of you and Sydney! I am grateful to my beautiful sister who introduced me to Sydney in the first place. I love you Barbie! ❤️❤️

I will spare the KZbin world the story of the first 2/3 of my day, but let's just say I was triggered, exhausted, and falling apart, barely able to make progress on a pretty demanding work project due to family, financial, and temporal stressors! All in one Monday morning! I showed up for day 43, because I knew that Sydney had showed up for us. My life isn't "fixed" but WOW do I feel better!!! Even when my exterior doesn't look like this culture's definition of "fit" or "beautiful," this kick-your-butt-and-every-other-muscle-group workout reminded me of how incredibly strong and capable I am and how much I have grown over the past two months! THANK YOU SYDNEY!!! I can't be perfect, but I can give MY best. What a beautiful and timely reminder!!!

I liked this workout a lot. The 'chat' at the end is always beneficial because this is 100% about making better choices in every aspect of the journey. Diet, exercise and above all else mindset...THANKS SYDNEY!

Back at it after the mini vacay, this workout was so awesome! Affirmation mindset will be in set in motion: "I want to feel more stronger and consistent" -- It'll be a mantra for every workout, no matter the duration or difficulty level

I need to remember the talk at the end of this one. Yesterday I skipped this one and then decided to do this one today. It's been a rather difficult start to the week and last week was absolutely insane. So I was exhausted and didn't think I could actually pull out a workout. I almost did this again today (as I have 4 separate doctor appointments and two meetings this week) and just am knackered emotionally and physically. BUT I came, tried my best (even if I didn't push my heaviest at times) I gave my all. Thank you, Sydney for helping me change my workout mentality. Much love everyone, stay safe and healthy

Yes! I feel STRONG!!! That was tough -- I finished out the school year and did some running last week. Missed these workouts and my body is TIRED!!! But I still feel STRONG! Happy to be back! It's going to be a great week!

I’m a NASM-CPT as well, and on days where I don’t feel like following my own plans, or if I’m “just not feeling it”, I pop on Miss Sydney here and crush it every time!! This workout challenged me I was not feeling the greatest today and didn’t want to workout but l drank my prework out and got my butt in gear and completely Crushed it!!! I felt VERY strong after!!! Great job all!! Thank you Sydney, I know you got home VERY late and still got this workout filmed for us we appreciate you so much!!!

Just got back from a 3 day vacation (camping in the woods), and all I did was miss my morning 🏋️‍♀️ I even convinced my husband to come home a day early, because I wanted to lift again lol …That and the fact that nobody slept and we got attacked by bugs🤣 But, seriously I had no idea I would miss my morning routine and workouts so much💪

HA! SAME! We were out camping and I used my phone to do the workouts and it cost me data!! So, next week I upgraded to Premium and I can download similar workouts from STF 2.0 so I can do them off line on my ipad without wifi....but I missed 1 day because of camping out. I REALLY missed it!!

I wanted to feel pumped and strong and at the end of this workout, I did feel it! Proud of everyone who shows up and gives it their best, mistakes and all. I said I want to feel strong at the beginning of this workout and boooy do I ever! 2nd day of my cycle and I was cramping when I woke up, instead of giving up, I got up and drank some water and took some Advil and lay back down til they went away, then I got up and crushed this workout: working with the energy I have today instead of taking a defeated route and I’m so glad I did because my lunges are getting so much better!! Curtsy, reverse and front lunges are getting easier and I would have never known that unless I showed up today and gave it my all. Getting better at burpees too! Woohoo! Best way to start my day and so proud to be here. 💪🏾💛♥️

This was my favorite workout since I started working out with her in March! Loved how each set was full body. Really felt I could push myself. The sweat is hard earned💪🏼

Doing a celebration dance 💃 here...I bumped up to my 30s for the final set of chest press!! Never thought that would be possible. AND I did it with good form. Here's to I'M POSSIBLE! We are POSSIBLE 🌟🌟🌟💪🏽

INCREDIBLE!! This flew by!! Loved the mix up of moves…you know it’s a tough workout when you are grateful for reverse lunges 🤪 favorite workout of tier 2 so far!!!

Did this his workout again and added my Booty Bands for more resistance!! Actual workout is only 39 minutes minus warmup/cool down!! I added an extra minute to her finisher!! And because I had so much time left on the clock, I added a deadlift and triceps 2 minute finisher for myself….one minute of deadlifts with booty band and one minute of tricep kickbacks!! 🙌🏼💪🏼🦵🏼

I had been working 2nd shift so im home for kids for online school. Today is my first day back on day shift with a new position at work. So getting up 530 again been a long time lol..ready to crush this before work!

Oh wow! Such incredible strength! I am a guy and am training with my gf! I could only manage this session with 1 lb and 2 lbs dumbbells throughout and my arms just gave up 😟My gf did 15s and 25s and she is ordering even bigger! Oh

I was always scared of 45-60 minute workouts until I started doing Sydney's. Now I knock them out and can't wait for the next. You make working out at home easy to follow! Love that I burned 320 calories before breakfast! ❤️

I finally did the slider bear crawls! I did have to pause on each forward movement to really pull myself, but I did it! Also, bumped up to 25lb on the curtsy lunge and used the 25lb for the straight arm pullover. Whew! Thanks Sydney!

Great workout out. I had fun with the slider bear crawls, and surprised myself by making it through the burpee snatch sets! I’m amazed at how much stronger I get with each workout!

I wanted to feel strong at the end of the workout and I DO feel strong!!! I'm glad to see the shoulder press is back too! I used to think my weak and subluxed shoulders couldn't ever be able to shoulder strength moves but now I can shoulder press my 25lb dumbbells?!? Wow! Still need to be careful,, but now I actually have muscles to hold them in place! Not quite ready to attempt my 30s,,,, but soon I will be! 💪💪

I started with milk and water jugs because weights were hard to find during lockdown. And I have gradually added real weights! I am so happy with my collection and think I might need to add another pair up!

This was so hard for me to get through emotionally because I’ve gained so much weight this year since stopping my birth control. I’m trying so hard to focus on feeling strong, and today was tough, but I made it through the entire workout. Hoping for a better tomorrow. Thank you for the sweat sesh!
