Really enjoyed this workout - I get bored easily so this kept me engaged for all 4 rounds!

Did this last night. First round was not so bad but by the third and fourth I was feelin' it! Sneaky way to get me to do 80 weighted squats without really thinking about it. Will do it again. Can't speak for anyone else - but personally I prefer workouts like this that have more exercises and less rounds. When I see a workout that has 5 or more rounds, I skip to something else because it is just too repetitive. The variety is what can keep me going.

Writing this in a pool of sweat. Brutally good!! I actually rested 1 minute between rounds and halved my reps to 5 on the last round 😁😁

Great workout...I made some modifications due to shoulder and knee issues..instead of sit-throughs did plank side knee to elbow and instead of the front swing through lunge I did the reverse lunge then front kick..☺

Loved it! Not too complicated but serious work. I upped my weights each round for serious burnout by the last round :D
