The fact that makes me happy is the self-confidence I find through exercise. After 3 years of eating disorders, during which I lost a lot of weight and then gained twice as much, I feel that I am finally fine with my body. Walking in the mountains, pilates, swimming and generally exercising makes me really happy and helped me love my body again with all its flaws!❤❤❤ Thank you for helping us through this fitness journey 🙏

I find happiness in hiking, pilates, nature, my friends and long walks. this workout, just made my body burningly happy and lifted my mood. since i spend a year abroad with no friends, a routine, which includes one of your workouts, every morning, is what keeps me sanse right now. thank you a lot lidia!

Day 1: ✅ It wasn't that hard that I expected and I can I say that I feel slightly tired! Day 2: ✅ It was much easier than yesterday! Day 3: ✅ It was very easy. Day 4: ✅ It was so easy. Day 5: ✅ It was a little bit harder than the other days 'cause I had very tiring day but still somehow easy. Day 6: ✅ It was a little bit harder than the other days but still easy. Day 7: ✅ It was very easy and enjoyable week while I was doing this workout!

As someone who has been dealing with an uncomfortable and sensitive issue, Pilates has been a true lifesaver for me. It has been instrumental in my recovery journey, allowing me to feel much more confident and comfortable in my own skin. For a long time, I have been grappling with body image issues, having tried numerous workout regimes, followed several fitness influencers on KZbin, and even experimented with different types of diets. However, it was not until I came across your videos that I began to feel like I was finally making meaningful progress.

Today I'm attempting this video! I've been in ED recovery since january and altough i shouldn't work out, i'm doing your workouts every two days and it helped so much with my guilt and accepting my body. I can feel that i am getting stronger and every little movement helpes my accept the fact that I need to be healthy! Thank you so much for your videos❤

i’m not an expert but in my opinion that’s a great way to start having a healthy relationship w exercise. it’s an essential part of being healthy and happy, as long as you’re exerting yourself only to the level you’re capable of and not overdoing it. good luck on your journey!

I started doing your 10-15 minute pilates videos last month and it still amazes me how I am able to finish this 40-minute workout today. hi, thank you for showing me that i can do it! i was so certain that i couldn't do this video for 40 min but i was actually able to do it because it isn't intense workout and the breaks are well placed. it is my first day following your instagram workout routine and i'm motivated to continue!

I’m so grateful for my relationship with food, I had bulimia for 6 months and everything was just about food, I’m so happy that I have healthy relationship with food and working out, I can finally enjoy food without any guilt, I love working out now and I love your videos so much overall your energy, thank you for everything that you’ve been doing for us, you helped so many people!!!

How did you recover ? Ive been bulimic for the past two years and literally dying . everything is hard when it comes to clothes food and body image

@@seba5433 same here I've been bulimic for the past 6 years and for me the best way to deal with food is to not starve yourself with low calories diet food but eating a normal amount of food but with healthy one, and if you want to binge / snacks you can do it but with healthy food and not candys or cookies. There's a lot of good recipes and they r yummy so do it !! PS: balancing is good too so sometimes but not everyday you can eat fast foods but make sure to keep your healthy life style :) hope it's helpful

You know when i try to eat it’s just scary I have this mindset with eating like either i purge or starve , i ate a sandwich that was brown bread and veggies inside it , literally couldn’t handle the idea that ive eaten a whole meal so i purged it and now I’m starving again not knowing what to do with it

@@seba5433 people told me that the best thing to do is talking with a dietetican but if you have the same problems as me wich is "parents" the best thing to do is to intermittent. It's not starving yourself but set a timing like : 9 am breakfast , 1pm lunch etc... You can also put calories but in my opinion it's not necessary. If you r struggling again, you have to understand why you eat that much and how's your relationship with food, is it because you r stressed with something? Or is it a trauma ? Try to search about it if you didn't .

Something that makes me happy is my family,God ,you,modeling,california, and working out I have loey dietz syndrome so I’m constantly in and out of hospitals , on new medications , and just causing a ruckus in everyone’s schedule. With such a crazy life I do love structure and things I can count on like Pilates and your channel Ive been with you since your TikTok days and loved how you never not posted I could always count on a good sweat with you 😂. Also my family when all things feel like they’re going no where they take time to tell me things get better and there’s always a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. My favorite verse is “joy comes in the morning” it’s like my mantra.

What makes me very happy is to see my body getting stronger and stronger through each workout and having so much positive energy after doing it. Starting with pilates has proven to me that working out does not have to be super heavy and still has a bigger impact to my body in comparison to HIIT workouts. I‘m so glad that I have found your account!!

What makes me happy the most are my cats that are very happy now the sun starts to shine more often. What also makes me very happy are your workouts which i do every morning for 5 times a week. It makes me feel amazing and i can see results already! You made me realize that having a good workout doesn’t necessarily have to be with weights or have to take too long. Thank you for that! ❤

Something that makes me happy is doing your workouts in the morning with my cat napping beside me. It feels so refreshing to start your day with a little movement and being in the sun. I started doing pilates about a year ago but I didn't like how long and difficult most were. Then I found your Tik Tok channel and started doing shorter workouts! I was so excited when you started your youtube channel this year because I knew that these would be my go-to pilates videos. Thank you for your great videos!

Family makes me the happiest. Music and pilates bring me happiness too. Being able to sit down with my daughters and boyfriend makes me happy and makes me appreciate what others may not have. It’s hard not to lose myself in motherhood, so music and pilates come in there. Music brings me joy and I look forward to pilates because it has boosted my mood and helped me lose weight after having 3 kids back to back

What makes me happy the most are my students at work. Seeing their faces when I walk in the room or run with them on the playground. I work with 4-5 year olds and I love seeing their faces when they learn how to spell their name. Makes me so proud to know they will go on to be successful kindergarteners. The love I have for my students and the love they have more me is so magically. I am very grateful for them

I've been doing your workouts lately and I'm fascinated 🥺 you can feel the pain in your muscles but at the same time it's easy to get through the whole workout, even in these long sessions, also I hope this doesn't sound rude or anything, but maybe it will be better if you place the ads at the time the breaks come, because sometimes I'm in the middle of the exercise and the ad interrupts it :( hehe, anyway, thank you so much for your videos

What makes me happy? I think this is actually a very hard question. I myself am a person who is almost always happy. I try to get as much positivity out of life as possible and enjoy every little moment. Even if it's just something very small like lighting a candle, talking to grandma, cycling to school, ... I try to look at life through pink sunglasses full of pink clouds and unicorns. Of course I sometimes have my days when I'm not so happy, but I still try to make something beautiful out of it! I think pilates is a big part of that too, it makes me feel more alive and it makes me feel stronger! You inspired me because of that with your tiktok videos. I don't really mind if I wouldn't win this give-away because for me it's more important that I can still be myself and just be proud of myself that I still have a new challenges to do every day and that I can just work on myself physically and mentally! For me, I believe that learning new things makes me feel content. Learning is one of the most fulfilling activities that a person can engage in. I have a chronic illness, so it can be very difficult for me to do simple tasks on most days. I will say though, when I workout either at home or the gym, it makes me feel so wonderful and really empowers me. I always feel so happy and proud of myself after a workout!😁

This workout is amazing!!! I tried pilates before and didn't like it because I felt like it was too hard but this was the perfect combination of a beginner friendly and challenging workout
