Omg!!! I usually do move with nicole's pilates workouts and i was not prepared for this!! Both creators are amazing and have their own unique style. I love Nicole's workouts for balance and control while this creator is great for a good burn and challenge!

Yes I sometimes do classes with Nicole but she can be a bit too challenging for me (swan dive🙄💪!) Jacinta is a very good tutor and imaginative so has something to suit everyone😊

Had 5 days off work, so I thought I'd give this a go. OMG, my Abs were killing me definitely after the day 4 challenge, but I got through all 5 days. I usually just exercise my back, glutes, hips, and legs for my sciatica issue, but these sessions really showed me I need to work on abs and cardio. Thanks Jacinta 🤭

Day 5 ✅️🥳 Another challenge complete! This one left me completely drenched in sweat! I was very surprised with my flexibility on those straight leg switches, so it was definitely an accomplishment! The curtsy lunge series was 🔥

I just completed this Pilates challenge using ankle weights, a booty band, and two 5-lb dumbells. This was a great Pilates workout. I am feeling euphoric. I am looking forward to more of your videos. ❤

That was a fabulous challenge , I enjoyed all five days. The hardest was day 4 but even then I it was such a good workout that it didn’t seem that bad . Thank you for putting this challenge together. It was such a nice change from my normal workout routine. Can’t wait to try the next one 😁

I knew this was going to be challenging and yes, it was! I loved it! The curtsey lunge sequence was the most challenging for me, as I lack good balance so I had to pause the video to make sure I was doing as many reps as you did 😅 42 minutes just flew by - That's how good the flow of this workout was. Excited to follow along more of your 30+ min workouts ❤❤ thank you for this awesome session

Yehe day 5 completed 😊👍. This was a super class Jacinta. In fact the whole 5 day challenge has been super, I've enjoyed every practice. Thank you so much for putting these classes together. As always I love your abs sections, the hardest for me was the lunge combo, great for the glutes, shoulders, balance and coordination. Now looking forward to to the 12 days of Christmas challenge 🎄😊👍. Thank you.

Hey! I have 1kg and find them a bit too heavy as it aggravates my hips in some movements. In this video they were a bit too much load for my abdominals and lateral hip so I purchased 0.5kg and they are perfect for me. Hope that helps.

Yes half a kilogram or 1.1lbs is plenty heavy enough-can feel the burn as I use the .5kg👍🔥

Where did you get your ankle weights from? Tried your link for accessories but they don’t stock them! Mine are the old fashioned sand filled ones which flop about - yours look neater😊👍

Hello! In this video I have 1kg weights on. But I prefer 0.5kg! 0.5kg is best to start with or if you have hips that don’t love the heavy 1kg. I like to be able to move through full range and not be too weighed down. Hope that helps :)

@@PostureTonic I have not, but I been doing your workouts in general. I find them a bit more challenging then most, which I love. I love that you have resistant band, and weights in lot of your workouts.
