Yes was a super class using that extra 0.5kg (=1.5kg) for arms & a 2kg for the donkey kicks👍😊 loved❤the stretches - getting stronger💪 I think?!

@Melissahealtsci Yes I only use 1kg (2.2lbs) or maybe 1.5kg when doing these arm exercises - but then I am 73🙄😊 Don’t push yourself too hard!! Looking forward to doing this tomorrow - still Sunday evening here in UK
